I go back to the fact that 1% of black men get killed in this country by a white police officer, but 97% of black men that get killed are by a fellow black man.Where is black lives matter on this.

that is why it is BLACK LIES MATTER

NOT black lives.

black lives only matter if they are killed by white police man while committing a crime.

if they are killed by another black man it is just what happens in the ghetto.

Here’s the best part of that stat,is that something like 70-80% of blacks killed by blacks know the person that kills them.If I was a black man I find the whitest neighborhood and move in as fast as I could.

I rarely get involved in political discussions

I was sent this last night

Before you click on the link I ask you did you know that some years ago a white Australian womam was killed by a black American police officer?

She had zero criminal record

Anyway click on this link and see how dumb people are in Australia as well when interviewed about black lives matter protest in Australia

https://www.tr.news/blm-melbourne/

I hope the link works

Paul

I recall that incident quite well.  An UNARMED Australian woman, the person who had called 911 to report suspicious activity, which was WHY the cops were there.  This clown shot her from the passenger seat of the patrol car, right past his partner's face!  He never gave any justification for why he shot her, but he had been previously celebrated by the City as being an affirmative action hire from a third world country!  Charges were delayed for many weeks because the shooter refused to give a statement to investigators, during which time he was free as a bird!.

Wow, she’s sharp. Ive seen her, but never listened to her give a commentary.

Particularly pointing out that no other modern cultures do what the black movement has done in terms of culturally reverse engineering themselves. The Afro-Americans went from upholding hero’s of the slave era the hero’s of the faith, to hero’s of the civil rights movement. Now look at them? The only hero of modern movement they have to glorify is an ex-con  druggy.....and there’s no mistaking they gave him hero status in their minds and heart. Same with the last half dozen bozo types, Trayvon, Michael Brown, etc.

I'd have a bit of sympathy for the looters if they were taking food and baby stuff, like happened at the Lake Street Target in Minnesota. In Minnesota we had "equal opportunity" looting too, with people of all races in on the action. Also had some black citizens keep another Target from being looted. That's why I have to question the motive of this Florida Sheriff in posting this video- Why did he pick a video that shows mostly blacks? As far as apprehending the suspects, the video's are so bad they would never cause a conviction in a real court, and most of this is misdemeanor stuff anyway, except in Florida, where jail space is the only constraint. My autistic nephew hustles carts in a Minnesota Walmart and people loading up carts and making a run out the door is an everyday event- Walmart and the police tell him not pursue, not worth thousands in Workers Comp injuries and potential lawsuits. The same economics apply to police apprehension and court conviction- not worth spending thousands on court and jail costs for a far less than that stolen.

Actually, I take an economic view rather than a political view of excessive punishment. If we were literally going to removes eyes, hands, feet, etc. as a punishment, while some would be happy to see "justice done", our economy would be a lot less productive because we'd have a lot of people that couldn't do much work because various useful organs and limbs had been removed. You can see this in the states that levy heavy punishments where businesses cannot expand due to lack of workers because many workers are in jail.

If you want to see the crime that really causes a breakdown in society, looks at some of the pension funds that have been looted by big business, leaving thousands and even millions to poverty.

I’m sitting here as we speak waiting for a sheriff deputy to come escort (hopefully) two ladies from Washington who are off their flipping rockers. They yelled at my sister in-law her 4 month old and 7 year old for walking past their camp on a public road. We are on a government campground which is public. When my brother heard them yelling every profanity for walking past their camp he as well as the rest of us were in shock. Being the polite one he asked them what had they done wrong for such a response and it’s not ok to yell at his family like that. They then started screaming he’s a racist effing pig, they are filing rape charges, calling the fbi on us and screaming black lives matter and got real pissed when I said all lives matter. They then proceeded to stomp into our camp continuing on like that screaming every buzz word phrase and profane word at 3 families minding their own business in their camp sites and taking down plate numbers and threatening to give them out to black lives matter groups and Antifa so they can be avenged. I’m totally in shock. Can not believe that anyone would act like this truly unprovoked. I left the campground and my belongings there and contacted the sheriffs office and a deputy is trying to sort this out. I politely asked him if they didn’t leave if he’d stick around long enough for us to pack up and leave because I truly feel they are very dangerous. I feel like an idiot even saying that but this is honestly the first time I’ve ever been frightened for my families safety because of another human being.

The problems we face today exist because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by the people who vote for a living.

The government can only "give" someone what they first take from another.

The.....whaaaa? Commit rape without actually, ya know, “throwing the coals”, or “grabbing the goods”? Liberal situational ethics in overdrive. It doesn’t matter if it’s true, you make your own story that fits your situation and bend it to fit.

They were sitting around the campfire stirring each other and stroking each others victim switch. Honing it. Thumbing and flicking it. Once the sist’a energy level peaked it needed an outlet. Enter stage left......unexpecting white family. Now it’s next level time... the competition to posture. If you’d have walked up and finger flicked baby girl #1 in the forehead she’d have screamed, fallen to the ground, shook, rolled and moaned while baby girl #2 recorded it on her phone crying “OMG, OMG, OMG!!!”.

Agree, I’d rather they not have funded the Vietnam war with social security dollars.

Disagree. The workplace is more parts dictatorship than democracy. Raising my children to conform/respect/comply to societies laws prepares them to work in the dictatorship. Raising them to buck the system, disrespect authority and view selfish ambition as a high ground over collective conformity won’t help them succeed.

A couple of years ago I was talking to the assistant sherif for an adjacent county in California and he brought up when Sacramento changed property crimes from a felony to misdemeanor it hampered law enforcement. For a felony they can hold someone and do a full background but for a misdemeanor it is cite and release on the spot.

All under the guise of reducing prison over crowding

Here in Minnesota, like in many states, the amount of loss determines whether the crime is a misdemeanor or felony, usually the loss has to be over $20,000 to make the crime a felony. Putting an offender in prison costs over $40,000 a year, so makes more sense to release the accused in many cases rather than giving them free room and board in the county jail. This works well, Minnesota has one of the lowest proportion of it's citizens jailed or imprisoned than any state and also one of the lowest crime rates.
