I bought a Block in the Industrial Estate For My Shed & Boy Toy Storage. If something Happens to me the Kids can sell My crap, Wife can Rent (or sell )The Shed without having to Move.. We found an acre in Pamplin, of course we would have to have it cleared and a well and septic system put in. We went to the mobile or modular home getting place to look at what was available, and they're really nice now- super nice. The one we decided on was $95,000 just for the home. And this one we bought, already there, set up, was the exact same model that we had picked, on an acre of land, and only 3 years old, was $130,000.
