tjc transport Posted February 3, 2023 Share Posted February 3, 2023 i got my new ears yesterday. it is amazing what i WAS NOT hearing. tv volume is now in 9, yesterday morning it was on 32-34. i hear the furnace, hot water heater, and refrigerator turn on and off. and the floors in the 94 year old house creak as i walk around. i can also hear cars driving past the house from inside too.. on the bad side, i can no longer ignore she who must be obeyed because i did not hear what she said.... They have four settings, speech/noisy room/outdoors/automobile & road noise, just cant remember which one is which. Setting one two three or four! Go to the men's room and stand between the petitions or walk thru a narrow hallway l get alot of feedback noise.
