  1. Interesting what was the hole in the neck for? Any chain to be attached? Or a vent one?
  2. Seems to me like a good idea. Hope it will turn out nice and we'll see the result soon. Just keep the fifth wheel in your yard and keep the ability to put it back. It's not difficult though.
  3. Awesome! Do they need no sleeper?
  4. That's nice you have that photo. The good one to put on a wall in a man cave. Sad the actual truck is not longer with you.
  5. Congrats on the challange! The size seems very good and I hope you'll end it up soon. I went through the same story when got into a need to put Macks under the roof but hadn't so much land for such the scale.
  6. Too interesting stuff you posted guys! That trailer is impressive. Tim, any plans to stay in NZ for a couple of years? You'd be able to show us much more
  7. I want to ask by a chance wasn't this LMSW wrecker located in Israel? The pic is from the net.
  8. Don't forget any "new" part may bring "new" issues.
  9. Thank you for sharing Dakar news. It's always a trouble to keep a track on everything interesting over the automotive world.
  10. Dangerous game with a double bottom...
  11. It's cool to get toys outside if you have a good dog house to put them back in with not much labour. I'd also like to get 6x6 Mack NM out for a field run although it's required to remove too much snow off the driveway and both seats are removed ocassionly. As usualy any little task pulls a lot of crap to get over with.
  12. Any L is interesting to see and a beautiful one isn't an exception!
  13. I would say that motorcycle track was not in perfect condition to motorboat motorcycle. Cool that you could come in to unload and than get back out. Just wonder what Paul meant about Aussie way of riding though
  14. The tranny box brake down seems repairable. Welding, soldering, brass soldering or just epoxy but well pre-cleaned and degreased. The generator mounting area doesn't look nice. Maybe to drill through and put studs instead of bolts?
  15. That's a good way to go Hope you'll end up all the story to the hot days.
  16. It is used to be fun getting money back...
  17. Nice to see that truck came into the good hands. Hope you'll have time and opportunity to continue making up it's appireance and show us. Thank you for posting
  18. Just can't stop to surprize how new paint makes a truck look different! Very nice to see the way you have it done
  19. Vin, Just get a small dump body to put on and you'll be almost as having that red truck. The green one seems too attractive for the money.
  20. Looks like a good truck to drive. At least good enough to keep the superdog off snow and road salt.
  21. I like the size of the project and the approach. Good luck, don't forget to show us any progress since everybody on here like it

    nuts

The 1st post seems to me as a top stupidity. If I'd fight with weapons it's the last thing I would do.
  23. I agree with the trouble that vouting is formed up by lots of people who just hope for a nice and comfortable (and promised) life. But those who really do the life and know how to aren't so big in number and not so popular. As about my country vouting is pre-formed politically and provided by media's. So if you force your mind a little bit to figure out what's used to going on you would see it just as a clown show.
  24. Have a nice time! Those 43 years of service is well enough.
  25. Looks top solid and proud for any work
