  1. Update: This truck is now for sale. Asking price is $4300. Video link so you can hear the engine is here: It drive-able but requires a lot of TLC to be show ready or work ready. Some things that have been done to it recently: New Batteries New Starter New Hydraulic jack pump Smoke stack rebuild and restoration (replaced rusted joints and restored remaining joints) Some light external restoration regarding muck and grime Some POR-15 and repaint on small external rusty parts New steering gearbox Many gauges don't work, and the HVAC needs a rebuild. Old school leaf-spring rear suspension as well. 350 E6 Engine Eaton 10 speed Mack rears Taking your questions and PMs now as it may help prep for sale. Oh, one last thing. Located in Indianapolis. I would say anything more than 400 miles, it should be towed to be safe and save possible headaches. It usually only drives once a month for about 40 minutes these days. Thank you all in advance.
  2. Hi Guys, I have an older lowboy trailer for sale (IF NOT SOLD IT WILL BE GOING TO SCRAP). Year and mfg. unknown, but has a good PA homebuilt title. All the decking has been removed and pressure washed. Lights all work, but will need brake work for smooth operation...I pulled home with no brakes, so it does trailer well. Would rate this around a 15 ton capacity ???, main desk is 16 feet long with an additional 5ft to the end of the dovetail. I have no ramps for it as it did not come with any. Also, you will need a single axle truck or a very long slidere to pull as is has a short neck and kingpin. Located in Williamsport, MD 21795 area and am asking $1600.00 Thanks Doug 301-573-4693 after 5:50 pm

  4. I am not 100% ready to sell this but thought I'd throw it up on here to see if anyone had any interest. It is a 1970 R737ST, serial # 1406. Has a NHC 250 Cummins, 422k miles, 13 speed Triplex twin stick transmission. Two pto's, one for single line wet kit, the other for a pto driven winch behind the cab. The truck has been parked in a barn since 1991, I got it out in July and got it going again, one picture still shows the inspection sticker from 1991. I put on new firestone steer tires, new wheel seals, radiator hoses, belts, converted to 12v starter, 3 new batteries, new battery cables, good brakes, all lights work. Interior is in excellent and cab has little to no rust. Steering is straight and true, will run 60 mph down the highway in a straight line with no hands on the wheel. Is a very clean solid old truck, I bought it with plans of working it to pull a lowboy but I have since found a 1990 mack ch613 and I'm going to use it. This truck would be great to fix up or could be put to work. I put an ad on CL but took it off because I kept getting phone calls from foreigners who wanted to export it. I don't wanna see this truck go that way, i like this old truck but I don't use it and hate to see it sit. I don't have to sell it but would like to get a better lowboy and dump trailer and could use the money for that. I might be interested in a trade toward a lowboy, dump trailer or other heavy equipment? Could put some extra money with it for the right trade. I was asking $10,000 obo or I would take the winch off and sell it for $9,000 without the winch. The truck is located in Orleans, IN 47452, about an hour north of Louisville, KY. Call - (812)844-1331. Also have a 91' Mack DM690S tri axle I might sell also, see last picture, it has been used as a site truck so it's a little rough around the edges but runs and dumps. Asking $10,000 obo for it. Thanks
  5. I don't often sell one of my Macks, but I've had a few inquiries about my W-71T,so I've decided to offer it for sale. This is a rare chance to purchase a very rare truck. VIN # W71T1156,it has a 200 Cummins diesel,5 speed trans.,with manual shift(2nd stick)2 speed rear end.10:00x22 steel budd wheels.Only 215 W-71's were built, less than 10 are known to be still around, this is the only factory built single axle tractor still kown to exist.Solid and very complete. I'm asking $20,000 OBO and might consider trades, either full or partial depending on what's offered.Additional pics will be available to SERIOUS BUYERS only.

  20. **UPDATE** After all this time, I have discovered my truck is a triplex, not a duplex, direct must not have been used for a long time, as it wasn't going in, and I knew the trans had been changed, so I thought it was a duplex, but Al Penino recognized the case number and told me that it's a triplex, so I started playing with it, got it shifting, and now it works perfectly, so....MORE SHIFTING FUN! Lol ! Thinking about trading, or selling my B67 to get something a little bigger ( B73, B75, R700, Brockway, Autocar, etc.....) Mine runs and drives great, it has a **13 speed triplex, double over**, and the END 673 engine. I would really like something with a bigger sleeper, or room to put one on it, or to make into an RV ( Mine is titled as a motor home) If the truck I get is already titled as a motor home, that would be a big plus. My truck has VERY LITTLE rust, with solid floors , all the gauges except the fuel and speedo work, it will run around 75 MPH or better, I have to DL a speedo app on my phone to check this. The bed tilt mechanism is electric over hydraulic, it is all new looking. I had it working once, but then it stopped, I noticed a loose ground, and when I went to check it, it broke, so I have to re ground it and try it again, it just hasn't been an issue because I never use the tilt bed for anything. The sleeper is a newer Freightliner sleeper, a 36" and is in very good shape, it could use a new mattress though, the cool thing about the sleeper is, it DID AWAY WITH THE CONCAVE CAB !! so, more room! I love driving this truck, just want something bigger that I can actually use for traveling in like you would in an RV. I prefer twin stick trans, but will consider others. This engine seems to have been rebuilt at one time, it has no leaks, holds great oil pressure, doesn't seem to use any oil (no long trips so far though) It does have a weak injector though. It will not miss at low RPM, but once it gets up over 14-1500 RPM it will if you put your foot into it, but if you ease out a little it hits on all 6 again. I plan on isolating and replacing the suspect injector. The windows crank up and down good, the driver window, and vent window are cracked, and the right windshield has a crack in it. The tread is great on the tires, it has the tall 20" rubber, the clutch works great, and the trans shifts perfectly. Also, it has been converted to negative ground, and has a GM single wire alternator on it. Please feel free to ask any questions, or feel free to make trade offers. Or if you want to text, or call (352) 551-7492 I'm thinking 7000.00 would be a fair asking price. Thanks for looking Keith
