  1. Sounds like it is only a yard truck.
  2. Something is not right here, I have driven a RD with seven spd. and 5.55 rears, topped out right at 70 MPH.
  3. If you change to a different trans. you will also have to change the rears.
  4. Biggest problem I have seen is guy's trying to use the low range selector as a splitter, does not work that way !

  8. The early ones were basically a 5 speed with a back box, with direct and low on the other stick, or a direct and overdrive on the other.

  14. 12 spd, the 13 spd will be worked on about 3 times to the 12 spd !

  19. I can second that, had one in a DM dump, with 4.17'sand the pump set for 2300 RPM's, it was a real runner. Terry
