    You need the bracket because the mounting surface on the PTO is adjustable to turn it for clearance issues, and tightens up with some real small allen bolts and will pull out without the bracket. i know because i had one do that once. terry

    Are these dayton or bud hubs? if you have a 24 inch dayton, you have to stay with a 24 inch rim, if bud you can change just the rims, but anything shorter will slow your top end down, don't exactly how much tho. terry
