  1. Made contact with seller. Strong "accent". Truck is still for sale. He sounded like a typical salesman "great truck, send money". Said he would send pics and additional information. Not holding my breath for additional pics and info. Still would like to have someone local checkout the truck.
  2. Do you have a part number? I may have a NOS black one.
  3. Mike, Great detective work! Thanks!
  4. Are you still looking for gauges? I bought a box of misc. parts and there are some gauges in the box. What part numbers are you seeking?
  5. Are you still looking for a "gauge hole plug"? I bought a box of misc. parts and there is a cover in the box of "stuff".
  6. I called and it is to be all original. It has a quad box with an auxiliary transmission. The rear axles have separate drive shafts and is to be factory. Never seen or heard of this setup. The big drawback I see is it is a gas engine. Owner said it needs a fuel pump. Cab has NO rust. Original owner had a dump bed and was removed and was replaced with a "drill rig" which has been removed. I may go look at it this weekend. If anyone is interested, please contact me. Larry, are you interested in a road trip?
  7. Is anyone on BMT near Sacramento, CA? I am looking at a truck and would like someone to put an eye on it. Truck ID is a secret until I know more about it from the seller. Of course it is a Mack. May be a pipe dream but curious.
  8. Randy, Thanks for the update and tell Mike prayers are being sent his way. I hope and pray it is nothing serious.
  9. Barry can blow up that big dog and not be winded. He is a "mean dude."
  10. Happy Birthday Alex and many more. Enjoy your day.
  11. Barry took pics of each truck/car/etc. as it arrived at the show. They will be posted on Watt's website. As for "candid" shots, nothing to report. BTW, the black MH was previously owned by Marcel. Nice MH!
  12. I would use Sta-bil Marine "just in case" regardless if it has or has no ethanol. All of today's gasoline is crappy. Personally I only use "branded" gasoline and stay away from "generic" brands. Yes they may pull from the same fuel terminal but the additives and additive treat rate are not the same between brands.
  13. Barry, Forecast is for SUN and low 80s. Should be a great day and show. See you on Saturday morning.
  14. Happy Birthday Speed and many more. Enjoy your day.
  15. No registration required if you aren't bringing a vehicle. You need to register if you want to attend the luncheon. Send a note to or call the Mack Museum to be sure.
  16. Welcome to BMT. green4440 = john deere 4440 tractor?
  17. Carl, Thanks for the reminder. I am registered for both. However I never received a "confirmation" from Mack. I am going to send them an email to make sure they received my registration. BTW, the Friday night meal at Winchester is $12.
  18. Jim, Planning to attend Watt's show. Look for my blue MH and my friend's orange H61. See you there...
  19. More reasons why I ONLY watch the Weather Channel. At least there are a few babes to watch, even if they don't wear hose.
  20. Tom, Better get to a doctor and get one of them there "injection kits" that counteract bee stings. A good friend of mine almost died as a result of a yellow jacket sting. He had been stung several times previously without any issues but then one time he was stung and passed out. Wife called 911.
  21. Companies spend millions of dollars to develop and refine the Diesel engine so it does not smoke. Then the dang kids screw with them and make them smoke. Question I have is "why is it okay for new pickups to be modified so they smoke but it is NOT okay for a semi to smoke"?
  22. Welcome to BMT. Nice B...no rust. I always liked Tucson. May be my winter home in a few years.
  23. Wilbur, Concerning the inability to post a link...are you using IE11?
  24. Happy Birthday mini-Mack. .....and many more.
