  1. Larry, Good to see and talk with you. Sorry about the "detour". You might want to consider changing your screen name to "slider".
  2. Here is the final pic of the ten (10) MHs. Also included is the BMT Nooner crowd. Here is the link to the YouTube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI5TsEDiaYU Enjoy! BMT members Standing L to R: farmer52-Ken, Underdog-Gregg, 39 Baby Mack-Ron, macktrucks4-Mike, High Binder-Dan, umodelnut-Vinnster, David, Brocky, Barry, HarryS, 2324MackAltoona-Tom, steelman-Carey, fxfymn-Carl Kneeling L to R: Bob Abbott, Freightrain-Larry, yarnall-Mike, MHfred-Fred P.S. I just remembered maint1 was there but he is not in the pic. Someone will have to photochop him in the pic.
  3. I vote for burnt weenies and boogers, brats would be good too. But, if you cook it we will come! Mike, is "red" going to be the waitress?
  4. I bought a dash cam from Heartland for $40. Cam works but quality SUCKS big time....even on HD setting. Do not recommend. Put the money towards a quality cam. Personally I like the GoPro but they are pricey.
  5. Yardo, ooooooo, I know which one pair!!! Will there be a boob expo?
  6. Mike, Thanks for posting the MH shot. MHFred, Doug F, and I had our arms twisted (ouch) so there is a later one with ten (10) MHs. Rumor is there will be a YouTube video of the MH parade. And yes the show was a total flop...over 1200 trucks.
  7. Finally getting around to checking BMT. The "Altoona" pair arrived on Wednesday after lunch with no issues. I hope and pray our return trip is uneventful. I stopped by Blue Beacon and had the dogs groomed and a "quick wash" at York. MH and trailer look GREAT. Got the goof cart unloaded and Tom (2324MackAltoona) and I been cruising the grounds looking at trucks. Tom is the "official" picture taker. P.S. Did I mention how great the MH and trailer look? P.S.S. Don't forget...BMT mug shot at noon Saturday at Watt's tent.
  8. Happy Birthday!
  9. Thanks for posting some pics. Over 1000 vehicles on the grounds as of Friday afternoon. HOT temps and trucks!
  10. On my way to York. See you all there....and safe travels! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnRwQjTYfGI
  11. There is a sleeze lawyer here in central PA advestising on a billboard...."hurt in a truck accident? give us a call". And I don't think he is talking about the truck driver.
  12. Congrats and keep the rubber side down!
  13. Gregg, Here's wishing you a speedy recovery and thanks for the "lesson". We all need to work safely and smart.
  14. Gregg, As others posted, sorry to hear of your accident. Sounds like it could of been worse. I get nervous when working around big heavy equipment. Hope you make it to York. I will have my goof cart so if you need a ride, let me know.
  15. thanks for the correction and the "rest of the story".
  16. I think Matlack went out of business (union issues?). A good friend of mine worked in the maintenance shop and moved to Air Products. He since retired from AP. I will see him at York if not I will see him at Macungie. There is a current Matlack website (can't post link) for "old timers" and shows pics of the fleet and functions. I think all were green with yellow wheels. The shadows make them look like black fenders.
  17. ROPS - Roll Over Protective Structure. A "cage" to protect the operator if the machine would rollover.
  18. Fred, I have a feeling Larry will be the first in line on Thursday morning.
  19. What is the part number (FBB-4986?) and are they correct for a MH?
  20. Rowdy, What make and model of cam? I just bought a cam from Heartland for $40. Going to give it a test run when I go to York.
  21. And is the service local or nationwide?
  22. Paul, Thanks for the link. Too bad there are no additional pics. Also would like to see the trailer.
  23. Barry, Any update on the "fix"?
  24. Until Captain Barry gets the sitiation resolved, the work around is....click on the LIKE button then wait a few minutes. Then click on View New Content and let it refresh. Click on the original message and it should show your LIKE. Similiarly, if you post a message and it does not post, after you click on SEND, wait a few seconds then click on the View New Content and most likely the message will be bolded. Click on the message and it should show your most recent post. Have not found a "work around" for PMs. Hopefully Barry will have this under control by day break (not sure which day tho).
  25. Eaton is adement about using 50W lube in their transmissions.
