  1. Larry - this one? http://www.harborfreight.com/air-vacuum-pump-with-r134a-and-r12-connectors-96677.html Has anyone used R134 with a dye? I had the a/c compressor (rebuilt one) and dryer replaced and converted to R134 in the Dodge D150. The first winter it leaked down. I recharged it with A/C Pro R134 that I bought at Wally World. It has a sealer and seems to work (keeping my fingers crossed).
  2. Larry, Which pump did you buy from HF?
  3. Why not delete it?
  4. I did a search and here is what I found (bottomline is a virus). Duh! Some of you must be visiting "interesting" sites. There are several reasons why you may experience a browser redirect, however the most likely cause it’s a computer virus. Browser redirect viruses are not something new and malware developers have been using this technique for years to generate traffic to their sites, gathering search terms and redirect users to websites from where they’ll receive a commission or some sort of revenue. Your browser can be redirected while you do a Google, Yahoo or Bing search and in this case the malicious programs will hijack you search results and redirect you to similar websites. And in other cases will redirect you while you are trying to load a webpage ,will instead redirect you to a tracking websites and only afterwards allow you to go to your desired site. So what type of infections can cause this browser redirects? TDL4 rootkits ,bootkits which will infectyour Master Boot Record and malicious browser add-ons are known to cause this malicious behavior. This type of infections are designed specifically to make money. It generates web traffic, collects sales leads for other dubious sites, and tries to fool the victim into paying for useless software. If those tricks don’t work it can kick up the threat level by downloading additional malicious or misleading programs.
  5. I am on another computer with WIN7, IE9, and AVG Antivirus. I typed www.bigmacktrucks.com and it came to this site. I typed "big mack trucks" in Google search and clicked on the BMT link. It went to a white screen with strange looking words and symbols and the address bar showed "best desserts". Still appears to me it is an issue with your browser and internet security. Did anyone who is having an issue send a PM to Barry?
  6. I just typed www.bigmacktrucks.com in the address box and here I am again. You may need to install or update your antivirus software. I must be doing something wrong that I do not get Adult Friend Finder....just my luck.
  7. Send Barry a PM and he will let you know how to become a benefactor. I will try to find the link where this was discussed. Click on the "Donate" tab at the top of the page and you will see more information.
  8. Jim - that is correct. Go to the bottom of the "Forums" page and you will see a color coded group title.
  9. Captain Barry is the one who set that up. I believe it is based on the number of posts/contributions to BMT. Perhaps Barry will let us in on his "system".
  10. What do you mean "group" and where do you see it?
  11. I just tried searching for "big mack trucks" using Google and this is one of the many sites/links listed. I clicked on the link and here I am.
  12. Iowa 80 and 4 State Trucks sell chrome mufflers. They are in the $400-$500 range. www.iowa80.com www.4statetrucks.com
  13. Never had an issue with this site. What search engine are you using? I suspect it is either the search engine or your computer. Why are you searching for this site....just add it to your "Favorites" list.
  14. Was at MATS Thursday and today till noon (back home now). Lots of people (too many for me). Mack display was so so....same ole black paint. Took a few pics. No old trucks inside. Rained all day Thursday but sunny, cold, and windy today. Did not look at any of the show trucks outside.
  15. As the saying goes....you can't fix stupid!
  16. I am at MATS and I stopped by the Mack exhibit. I asked one of the Mack guys who made the sleepers. He thought it was the same company that makes the cab. I mentioned about a fire and he said it was a fire at the HOOD manufacturer. This guy works in the aftermarket parts area and he said Mack was upset because they cannot get hoods for production and field service. So hopefully this answers your question why your CXU is on hold.
  17. While we are in the gutter.... Yardo - Do you employ NITs at the Truckstop?

  20. Maybe you should light a fire under your sales person's a$$!
