    This truck gets around on here. I think there is at least two other posts about this very truck before. I took a picture of it at Macungie in 2012 and didn't know what it was either. Definitely a cool truck that's not often seen.

    A couple years ago my wife and I dropped my mother off at her home after thanksgiving at my sisters. We went by the Best Buy on the way home to see if people were really going to be camped out after watching these morons on TV. Sure enough, at least 4 tents staked out in line and about 100 people freezing their ass off all trying to buy some TV/video game/stereo/computer/whatever that was going to be on sale. F that! I agree with you guys. My time with my family is worth more than a couple extra $ saved. Plus those sale items are probably going to be out of stock after the first 20 Black Friday zombies rush in. Now you just wasted your time.

    This was for sale earlier this year for I think $15,000. Truck doesn't currently run. I offered $5,000 for it as it sat and the seller refused my offer. He said he was going going to get it running. Obviously he didn't bother or there are issues he didn't want to deal with.

    Like moths to a flame! I had seen this on CL the other day while searching for rollbacks. Lot of extra wheels I don't need and price is mor than I can swing. Single axle would be a lot more attractive for me. Still one stout beast. I am actually contemplating selling the General to get a flatbed. The GMC is cool but not practical for me. Still up in the air about it.

    Behind my shop is a creek and we tend to have some flying pests. A daily fire up of the ol' girl and the pesky suckers never came by. I'll give BMT discounts for this service.

    The hood on my truck is chewed up on the part that hits the cowl area on the cab. Years of misaligned stops battered the rear tabs of the hood. With the stainless strips missing on the top as well it was easier/cheaper to buy the new hood then have someone fix the fiberglass and replace the missing stainless trim.
