  1. Wow, just watched that on YouTube. How times have changed. Good shots of the U bounding down the surface streets but the Boss Hogg type in a NYPD cruiser seemed like an odd choice.
  2. I had seen it in TruckPaper - fairly certain it was being sold by these folks.
  3. Weird. I'm suspicious when *everything* is the same color. It claims to be a cab-off resto. But there's overspray on the batteries and flaps.
  4. Not to be confused with my wife's hometown of Northeast, Pa. Which is in the extreme northwest part of the state. Go figure. Welcome!
  5. RMM was my guess. From the ad: AWD Mack Cab/Chassis/Engine Suitable for Off-Road use Tandem Axles No Windshields Unsure of Exact Year believed to be around 1965 http://asheville.craigslist.org/hvo/4276838319.html
  6. I seem to recall they were near the top of my "nice showers" list.
  7. Geez, impressive observation. I had only stopped there a few times, mostly at the wrong hours I guess. I seemed to get the geriatric staff and felt cheated.
  8. I don't recall the truck being posted for sale by owner, but I think http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/33004-b61-that-has-my-interest/ is a thread where we talked about it.
  9. Auction ends 12/03/2013 Rough, but current bid is around $650. http://www.govdeals.com/index.cfm?fa=Main.Item&itemid=45&acctid=3369 No connection.
  10. http://www.ebay.com/itm/MACK-Cabover-1979-Alum-cab-/151175882229 Only one bid as of now.
  11. The guy down the road from me has a few toys he buys, restores, and sells every now and then. I like this combo. They are a little blurry, but you get the idea. '59 is probably my favorite Chevy rear end.
  12. You aren't loaded until the mudflaps drag.
  13. I think the shiny bumper (pun!) photographer girl could have been a potential nominee. Though I'm drawn to "A" for some reason.
