I’m wiring up the truck now. Using 2 12 volt batteries, not 4 6 volts ones. Here’s the diagram I’m using,is this correct?I am pretty sure the truck is positive ground.Anything I should be doing since it has been about 15 years since I last wired up a Mack.image.thumb.jpg.f69e31d9483fe463ba79e98ce974ae0a.jpg

that diagram should do you just fine since only change you are making is the 2 -12's VS 4-6's. difference in dia with 4 -6's would have two 6 volt batteries tied in series on each side. 6's in series = a strong 12 also give a longer lasting cranking power.

Tks,it has been about 15 or more since I last did this.Just don’t want to burn anything up

Series parallel is pretty simple, more confronting to look at than it actually is

Follow the diagram and you'll be fine
