did that with my Silverado about 2 years ago myself.. it didnt like it either, so hooked it on the Mack, pulled it out, made a big mess just like you did all over the sidewalk and grass. that lead to a new sidewalk, retaining wall, topsoil, deck, etc. . .

"and honey said my next project is to make that yard look like it doesn't have big giant ruts in it and a big bush was dragged across it, so I guess i'll order a 55 gallon drum of bondo and some green paint".

Yeah SWMBO was a little bent outta shape but I forewarned her that it would most likely happen, but apparently I am supposed to figure out a way to yank the bushes WITHOUT the ruts in the yard and the dirt and debris all over the place.

Pull it onto would then put logs down and roll it across

And today's adventures. Started with the small bush to the right, up against the fence/deck. Hooked this one to the Silverado in 4WD-Low and she came right out with a little bit of throttle. Then I was feeling my oats and hooked the Chevy to the big one on the left, which promptly laughed at the 307 cubic inches (5.3L) so I went and got the 554 cubic inches of Thunder Pumpkin mounted in the Four Wheel Drive platform......As always it was just a matter of mixing the right amount of horsepower, torque and gearing. The last picture is for Otherdog......The Bondo works pretty good, I just need to find some green paint now.

If you gonna sell those bushes you should pay much more care about them when pulling.

Or if not why did you pull them off?

Ah, the s**t list, a paper and pencil ...

Hope the foundation is still tough.

She does pretty respectably, but now I know why I can only get an average of 14.5mpg around town, but then again my right foot is pretty heavy, especially when on the way home from work which is a 25 mile ride. Just took her down to the Outer Banks and back and set the cruise control at about 67 the whole time and managed an average of 17.8

I took down a whole row of hedges (along a lot line) with the RD once.We had a shitload of chain so we went around each bush at least once.Put the truck in granny, and at an idle took the whole bunch. My buddy was amazed until I told him it was his turn to load all of them in the dump box! LOL! Ripped out unwanted bushes at the home 20 with the F-150 2WD also.Used the thing like a "slide hammer" and just let the weight of the truck pull 'em out. No muss,no fuss! If I would have had a Clintonville Firebucket in MY garage, the outcome would have been the same,Yardo!
