  1. That looks like something from an airport maybe. Interesting
  2. Nosotras necesitamos fotos. means we need pictures
  3. The regular 10 speed only has the air on the compound for the range, the ones with the reverse have that there too. there's a ten, and two with the reverse . One reverse is crazy low and the other is sorta the same ratios as a Fuller 8LL. I have no idea what one is what 11KB number
  4. Someone threw the proverbial monkey wrench in that one.

This isn't where the name Angry Orchard came from .... was it ??? I know I'd be pretty pissed if it was mine.
  6. ISX gets a pass cause there's lots more right foot there. Guys don't care about much else when they drive them. MP is a pretty good engine and before too long will be looked back fondly at. If everything is followed as per specs when doing a repair, they're no worse than anything else. How many guys you think actually go through marking fasteners or know what the marks would mean to indicate how many times it was used ? Then like Jojo said, guys skip'n the clean'n cause they're paid by the job. Lots of these new engines are abused and piss poor repairs made on them cause someone is more worried about making money than a repair. Todd's lucky he has a dealer that'll work with him . Now if he's also lucky and gets 6 injectors that don't leak fuel around the push rod .... he should use some numbers from the invoice to play the lottery
  7. There's a lot of MP hate here 🙁
  8. Lots of dealerships won't even touch a deleted truck, let alone have it in the shop all tore apart. Lots of specialty tools required for cups, and not the ideal thing to learn as you go on one of them. Most likely it is the truck's issue, or the fuel filter housing. My money's on cups.
  9. Bet that's close to the same height as a Titan
  10. It's mentioned in the first sentence of his post.

Is that you in the picture ?
  12. It is. it's like learning a foreign language .
  13. I agree with Jojo. Problem I see more and more, younger people have no person to person communication skills. Everything is text and email (if it's on the internet it's true) . Keeping that in mind, there's no way a younger person in a position to make a decision like that will have any idea of the person in question's abilities . Then they pat themselves on the back think'n they made a correct decision ..... then text (them/their) about how bad the supply chain issue is. Paul wonders "how old?" I wonder where the #^%@ is common sense gone. Seems to me like it's on the same path as drivers that are too old.
  14. Personally, when doing the board way... I have a piece of stainless 3/16 and similar to Mack's dimensions (slicker than snot with some gear oil on it) . One thing you have to remember, years back you'd be taking wheels off like that for a brake job usually. (apart... brakes, a seal back together) if you get it apart and discover you need bearings or a drum, then this method gets as much work (or more) than taking it apart in the first place. The board way works, and probably way easier than comes to mind if you never did it. Trick is you only barely want the weight of the wheel end on the board. So you have to finesse it to the desired height with a good working jack.I also find if you have the other side of the axle on something like a 2 X 12 or something between the tires and the floor (or ground) to level out the whole thing to the same height as the side jacked up helps.
  15. Wonder if someone'll ever do that with a VNL hood
  16. Obviously he's had experience handling breasts. Of course it starts with a good eye for the selection .
  17. Yes. 2"
  18. It amazes me some of the things they had back then. I've often wondered how they ever made the first ones. ( like how would you true something without a lathe) can you picture Louis Clark make'n something for an Autocar with that technology. Thanks for posting.
  19. A one piece (torque limiting) clutch brake doesn't fall out.... although it'd be great if they did when they're compromised (lol) Get ready to have a dirty face and head get'n one of those out. Some two piece ones fall out and often on a truck that's gone through a couple, the inspection hole cover is already a memory. So the pieces very well may be no where to be found .
  20. I'm curious what powered that when it was closer to new. I've seen pictures of facilities with overhead shafts powering several things it looked like ? 106 years old....wow
  21. He'll want the 2 inch one .
  22. I'm sure there's an airport in Syracuse, as well as one in Binghamton. Cortland is just about an even distance from either.
  23. That "suspension" must need torque rods or a rebushing. Lot's of side to side sway there.
  24. What Jojo said....or ??? take the through shaft out from the back !!! PAY ATTENTION TO THE CLOCKING OF THE OIL TROUGH !!! then put the inner cam in the power divider unit. Bolt it to the carrier ( don't forget air shift goes about 7 o'clock looking at it ) then put through shaft back in. Might be easier if you're not familiar with them. That power divider is a little heavy to finesse in there without some frustration.
