  1. i take it the escapee is the one holding the mountain dew bottle
  2. that looks loke a 2 peice areoquip reusable fitting , so you could un thread the outernut and hose then get a deep well 6pt. socket over the stuck inner stem aand then remove that stuck puppy alot easier
  3. and it is surprisingly quiet with the short baffles stuck in the ends!
  4. i have seen many a rod project that evolved around a base vehicle , i think this one is cool because it is all random parts for the most part.
  5. sorry i didnt get better pics that thing is full of little novelty items, but the overflow tank is one of the better ones! i also like the external park brake lever!
  6. a farm boy and a scrap pile + old demo car parts = Rat rod Dale put his idle winter time to use several years ago and came up with this! if you notice a bulldog rides atop the shifter,
  7. some strong bleach water should kill that urine stench and or simple green. Dyna mat i think its called might be a good replacement for the organic or fiberglass insulation as the mice cant nest in it!
  8. if were all brothers from other mothers, our Mack daddy sure got around which begs the question where did he find Yardo's mom at!
  9. Well Mike your lugnut colection is growing! the cruseliner looks solid. Its a good thing you dont hold an egg hunt for us BMT members, if you hid eggs amoung all those trucks and parts many of us would forget too hunt eggs and would spend days just looking around
  10. hang on to your wallet! there not cheap, can you just replace the cardboard and re glue the faberic? or did the chewing buggers eat that too? BTW Welcome! your dump sounds like what i have run in the past for dump trucks, good solid rigs! and love a good running 350!
  11. hope it was a good one!
  12. i would sugest they check water pump pressure, it sounds like a no flow issue the rest of the truck is too new for other cooling issues for the most part,
  13. Happy easter too all! I just checked the frost forecast i will be up for sunrise services....but wont be there! My new bed room strongly resembles a 96 dodge 1500 and it drives back and forth between orchard blocks from midnight to around 7am, if the forecast is right tuesday night i can sleep in the house again
  14. very nice! however i do have one question, where in the heck do you go with a day cab that needs that much fuel storage?
  15. the puff limiter is best used on a e-9 with single exhaust and a short stack, then when passing slower trucks you flip the dash switch and grab a taller gear and fill the cab of whatever truck your passing with the scent of a dogs ass!
  16. hell. use yardo's theory but give him the bottle first, then give him 1800-2000 bucks and drive off!
  17. I would have to use the fire dept. card to burn a pile like that here! if i did that as a farmer i would get cited for air polution! this time of year the dept. of ecoligy has air polution cops running around looking for illegal burns. anything other than yard or orchard prunings requires a permit.
  18. So it is now Superdogs towing, recovery, grain, and livestock hauling? good score an the new additions! If you keep acquiring trucks at this rate we can all see them on google earth! Oh almost forgot cute kids. my last heifer calved yesterday as well!
  19. that must be a april TOOLS joke!
  20. i cant remember the thread but i have posted a steering box rebuilder in portland oregon"pro steering" they seem to have damn near anything and if they dont have an exchange they will rebuild yours. as far as i know mack didnt build boxes, it could be a ross, trw,or saganaw, we used to have a truck with that set up but i dont remember the brand of box.
  21. well it made it from the gsa auction calf to north dakota, i wonder what the rest of the story is?
  22. Fith wheel: what front axle is under that truck? did it have 3 leaf or 4 leaf springs? i want to lift and stiffen the front of mine, Thanks Rob
  23. the words BIG MACK prolly cause this..... LOL
  24. lets see plane ticket one way 700.00 empty superliner from one corner of the u.s. to the other corner 3500.00 in fuel, at least 10 states worth of trip permits 750.00, lodging and meals 750.00, 4 days off the farm during frost season, priceless!
