  3. DCW, Sorry I missed you.. You should have just joined in on the conversation!!!
  4. Matt, Thank you very much for this info and your service to our country!!! I have some friends with A&P licenses and it always shows up in their work, whatever they are doing. One in particular is Jeff Lakaszcyck over on the Just Old Trucks website. He spent over 30 years with NASA at Cape Canaveral. The military Mack at Macungie in 2021 is his, as well as the 1942 Federal C-2 Retriever, with the aircraft style inertia starter shown at the ATCA Winter national in Leesburg FL. The video of it starting the truck is on You Tube.
  5. That looks to be in good shape.. An easy refurbishment.. Are you going to be able to keep the original patina??
  6. Tom (Oldspwr) actually did 2 Brockways and then repowered the first one from flathead Continental to 5.9 Cummins, which included rebuilding the rear to change the ratio. Now he is working on a Chevy pickup for his brother. His documentation was fantastic, but now that the Brockway website is apparently gone I hope that the information is saved somewhere???
  7. I do Not know???? Our tent collapsed in the rain at Dacusville, Brad bought a new one, BUT he has to work tonight and not sure if he will make it.. I have the tables and chairs in the DT with some ATHS & ATCA Hand out material which I will probably set up.. Our Chapter will be in the same area as last year.

I am also another Yanky!! But from the Syracuse upstate area where we still pronounce it New York..😀
  9. Yes I will be there about 9:oo AM with the DT.. Our Chapter will have a few trucks there this afternoon, the about 3 more tomorrow morning. They are planning on parking at the top against the woods.. DCW, you will probably have to introduce yourself again as I am lousy about putting names with faces!! JoJo I also plan on being in Colfax..
  10. Especially 4 trucks from the same company in their original work cloths.. Reminds me of the PRIDE these fleets had in their equipment!!!

Joey, Our prayers are with you for a fast recovery.. I always use diesel fuel and a couple of dirty shop rags..
  12. Dean, Here is a link to the Erv Bickford Collection. The City of Yarmouth put the pavillion park display together in his memory after Erv passed away. http://forums.justoldtrucks.com/99086/The-Erv-Bickford-Collection?PageIndex=1
  13. Were you able to hit any of the museums???? Like Cole's in Bangor and/or Erv Bickford's in Yarmouth???
  14. That is a very SHARP car!! Larry Freight train will prolly wet his pants!!
  15. My DT rear springs are under the axle also. Look on the right frame rail in the area of the right front axle rear spring hanger and you might still find the serial number?? If so, and a DT, I can help identify the model and possibly the year.
  16. A lot of companies used those axles with those 16" spoke wheels: Diamond T, Studebaker, White, and maybe Mack DE??? I would have to go out to the shop and crawl under My Diamond T 201 to see where the front spring hangers are and that hump over the rear axle?? How many leaves in the spring packs??? MY DT has 9 up front and 13 in the rear!!!
  17. What are the two objects that look like they are tarp strapped to the front bumper?? AND what are the white frameworks standing up on the front fenders for??????
  18. Back about 5-8 years ago T Line made a few trucks using the International S model cab, But have not heard anything about them since???

I do NOT know how this works from a phone??? I have all my pictures on my desk top.. Here is the link:: https://postimages.org/ Click on choose image and go to your picture library, highlight the picture you want and click open, When it downloads click on the blue box on the right of "direct link" this will copy it. Go back to the reply box on the forum, then RIGHT click to bring up "paste" and click. At first it may show a bunch of letters describing the picture, BUT when you click on "Submit" the actual picture will pop in.. This is just a sample I clicked on!!!!
