  7. Wen I came home last night the local Hot Spot was $4.19 for diesel
  8. As TJC said above be sure to add spring lock parking brakes to the rear axle. This will require new brake chambers with 2 diaphragms, a new distribution valve on rear cross member, a dash valve, and a bunch of plastic air tubing.. Did you remove the 5th wheel to clean the frame or are you going to replace it with a gooseneck ball to haul your other toys??

  19. After you have worked it fairly hard pull over and check both sides of the thermostat and the shutterstat with a hand held heat gun. This will tell you if your gauge is off or where something like the thermostat are NOT opening..
  20. Actually it is the NON elected power hungry greedy people who pull his puppet strings!!!!
  21. Here in SC it has gone up about 50 cents in the last 2 weeks!!
  22. The thing I hate about digital gauges is that you have to stop and read them.. NOT looking at the road!!! With the old needle gauges you learned where normal was and a brief scan told you if anything was out of normal..
  23. The late Mike Harbison posted a picture of he and his wife leaving the church after the wedding in an R model Mack!!!
  24. Also Brockway used Continental Engines.. There are probably some take out to be repowered.. Check Tom Millard (Olsdpwr) on here as he repowered one a few years ago...
  25. Matt, As Mech said I have no objections to being corrected!! Yes LED's mounted in the mesh part would serve the safety purpose without transforming it into a Tow Truck and the possibility of more state regulations.
