Well done sir .two young people with a work ethic ingrained in them by there parents. The trades need young people (boys and girls).I know a young lady that's a heavy equipment mechanic. She worked at peterbilt (which I  ripped on her about peterbilt lol) now shes a cat and terrific on electrical issues. I know now your proud parents.

Great to hear about their hard work! When I was a senior in high school, I went to school in the morning and worked in the truck shop at Cat in the afternoon. It was a great experience for me, I'll never regret it.

Kids hey, we never stop worrying no matter how old they get

Well done to the lads and I hope it all works out okay with what ever they end up doing

I always say to people "the most important thing you can give your kids is a good work ethic"

If you have a good work ethic it helps in so many ways that aren't even related to earning a dollar, it gives you the staying power to see things thru no matter how pare shaped they have become

Once again well done to Medium and Large, I  bet proud as punch

My nephew Chuckie worked at Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock for a while. When he was training he had to weld something that he had to break a piece of a mirror off and lay it in a hole because that was the only way to see what he was welding.

He liked it, worked there a while then came home to Buckingham and got a good job welding at Hi-Tech Labs. And he welded on log trailers in his spare time for a hobby.
