Refused to ride in the provided limos like all other leaders needed his "favorite" car. Refused to eat the State Dinner, had his own chefs prepare his meals. But most impressive things he did was arrive chewing a wad of gum,open jacket and loose tie. BBC called him a putz. BBC also showed him on his Cel during the opening speeches. He managed in 3 hours to offend all the leaders and most of the Asian population.
