  1. There's also replica in Australia with dual outside intakes. The guy posted it on here some time ago.
  2. I was absolutely in the same way when looked for them a couple of months ago. Guys helped me with the link and I found out there's the lowest cost. The my ones are on a shelf now and i'm going to get them in a couple of weeks when more other stuff come from the US. If you interest in, I can inform you of what they actually are when in my hands. As for originals you can find them on Watt's online web store and I think I red there "chrome plated plastic". By the word the lights on the top of my truck's cab are plastic and I'm pretty shure they're from the factory.
  3. As far as I know originals in stock now are plastic. Are you shure the ones you found for $79 are metal? I'm strongly in doubt of. You can also look truck-lite.com, items #516-31-789 4 & #516-31-773 (short). I ordered them but still haven't got from local parts dealer. At least they looked correct in the catalog. Very good sample of MH paint scheme on my mind, you can play with colors around though. The picture is from the gallery on here.
  4. I too like how trucks look around your country. It would be nice to see them more
  5. Looks cool. I used to draw Superliners and R's with a pencil when I was about 15. Still have some of them in the copybook. My earlies were much worthe than the one above for shure.
  6. I see you guys had a great time there. Especially good you catched a good weather in Authumn. Many thanks for the pics.
  7. Great-looking pics, nice scenery! One more way to go for me on the other day. Thank you for posting.
  8. It would be good to stay for some time in that neck of the woods on my mind. Just a worry to be shooted up with OD's camera and showed up on here in some unlikely moment...
  9. There's nice restored N model in The Netherlands. And how I know, the man has the other one twin screw unit for parts.
  10. Yoke's orientation is an important thing and is determined by shaft's working angles. It's made some special way when engeneering the vehicle and must be used the way as from the factory. So if you think that must be all in line it's not true.
  11. I'm pretty shure all that worth the trip. Been in Macungie this past June and got alot of impressions and a nice time. Vlad.
  12. Too sorry Leon, there was a trouble about my son's school holidays. I promise to be next time
  13. Good question, I'm shure many people want to get me for some reason. Maybe someone added me to that wanted list. Aren't you?
  14. Yea, Ryan, sad thing I missed Mack show in Holland this authumn so no another European BMT photo. Late birthday wishes to you.
  15. Don't shame us too much. At least I didn't run Vulva
  16. Sweden is a country of a neat nature and lots of mighty Scanias... and trucks of the other brand we have some special relation to.
  17. Having a trip around Europe I contacted our member form Poland. I'm shure many of us follow his thread about building the model of Superliner. He was in Germany by the work in the neck of the woods along my way home. In the end we had a luck getting in the restaurant for the supper. Nice to meet you Pawel !
  18. Hi folks! I was not active for some last weeks due to a lot of to do and a holiday trip around Europe. The end point was The Netherlands where I kept a set of gears for the gearbox along my current Mack project. By the way I was in Sweden and resolved to visit Scania factory museum that located not far from Stokholm. I found it by the road signs and came in. The girl on the reception desk told me "We sorrily have no trucks in the moment due to a special event we need an empty space for. So we removed them into the garage. But if you want you may go and look the rest". Not a pleasurant surprize but we came (with my son) and found out some interesting stuff. They didn't get some the oldest vehicles out and kept in place a line of engines and some other stuff. There was one more hall in the buliding with the couple rail road wagons in it built by Scania in early years. The subject that really took my attention was, to my big surprize, the figure of the golden bulldog. I read the plate and learned that it was a gift to Scania form Mack trucks with a kind words for their good common work. Vlad.
  19. Yes, Bad Dog, you didn't say about such a small money. I interested over your dad's truck and it seemed to me attractive for the money but not so damn pretty to move my a** from the point to start making deal. I'm slowly looking for a good E9 sleeper machine.
  20. Best wishes! Just always feel yourself as 17 and nothing else matters.
  21. This pair of horses looks great! Hope you always have a bit of time to care 'bout them. I was shure you haven't been missed, just walked somewhere around.
  22. Nice L-model wrecker. It would be nice to see her alive or much better saved and restored.
