  6. Sultan Ibrahim of Malaysia has just got his new Superliner estamated at one million dollars. made in Aussy land with 16L engine but does'nt give power of it. Nice looker just to pull his boat.

I had a EQSW log truck until 2014 . sold it to a guy thats going to put a Dodge (CUMMINS) diesel in it .When I bought it in 85 it had a REO GOLD COMET engine in it but I put the Mack EN 354 back into it.It was one of 3 that were bought in 1948 in the next town over from here and I remembered them from when I was A kid.Big truck in those days because most log trucks like my dad's were all tandem FORDS
  12. we had some MB400S here in port as chip trucks. Had the SCANIA diesel which should have been a boat anchour. Short haul from pulp mill to saw mill about 4 miles round trip 24/7
  13. paul: are you referring to the log in the trailer? thats called the reach and were trees or if you were around a sawmill they used big timbers. my LJSWX unit on here in gallery has a yellow ceder reach .Most were fir in the old days. Now there steel.
  14. what a bunch of crap.I 've been driving off highway trucks since 63 and most had straight pipes through the hood and only slip on pipe under hood so we could open hood and I'm still here and both my kids are normal.
