  1. my dad had a 46 ford (canadian built) 2ton with FABCO rear suspension.front rear end turned over and put behind. transfer case at rear of main with two drive shafts.In US the same truck was classified as 3 ton with the LINCOLN V8.

  8. my dad had a B60S with 454 @170 5 sppeed main 8031C A box and 8.15 rears his friend had a B61S different main same 8031C A box and 8.15 rears both with 10:00 22 tires.on the same hill going back M/T dad could keep ahead of the B61 because of rpm's. Both trucks had same size trailer and bunks.

  10. other than a fancy paint job it should be left in Europe. you turn all those lites on and you would be nailed for pit lamping
  11. anybody on here from OSHKOSH? Our big Martin Mars water bomber is there for your air show.no tv coverage out here but would like to know if your going to keep it and how well it was received. we have the two of them (only ones left) . I've fought many forrest fires under them and they are very impressive.they can put 6000 gals of water on a fire with pin point ackracy.

  13. friend of mine in washington state has a big cam cummins in his.around the 400 hp range.nice runner.

  16. lots of them in the old days. ford had one with two v8s side by each in a cab over hauling plane parts. seen pictures of a 46 ford conventional with two engines ,dump truck.
  17. the rear shot of your trailer loaded with pipes is that the new concept so people won't run into you. good looking idea.
  18. also someone has put top mounted wiper on drivers side. bottom wiper shafts look like there still there
  19. that looks like a B 61 that someone has put a B73 rad on .look where the fenders used to be bolted too on the side of the rad.
  20. the one on the left is sometime for the steering axle brakes and the one on the left is for the trailer brakes. the controler to the right of the steering wheel is the trans shifter. it is the electric kind.one reverse, neutral,and 1 to 6 knotched positions. The B-W hand valve on the left also could be the retarder valve.
  21. if that's X GEROSA it has a KTA CUMMINS in it and ALLISON 6061 trans.
