The other forum I follow is so full of "I can do it better because your picture doesn't show x - y or z" and keyboard gangsters who pound on their chests telling everybody who posts a photo how dangerous and unprofessional they are that it's gotten to the point I hate to even post anything on there, and I've got 10 years experience in the industry! Everyone is so busy telling everyone else what laws they broke instead of giving them credit for solving real life situations. But I digress . . . . . . my point was this site is such a refreshing change because everyone here is easy going and they have my kind of dry sarcastic humor! So keep up the good work, it's a great site and one that everyone who participates in should be proud of!OH yeah, I also had the opportunity to learn a few tricks to help fix my truck. . . . . Somebody must be doing something right- there's a place for everybody here. There is still serious Mack truck discussion, as it should be of course, but some of these folks who have joined recently or have been here forever are what make this site great to me. Members from all over the world- even Russia. To name a few- randyp, vision386,hatcity,greendash,olivetroad,rowdyrebel,41chevy,bullhusk,David,umodelnut,ben, Timothymaikashouliuawhoo,and on and on and on...great contributors- I love it. People can choose to read only "engines and transmissions" if they want, pay no attention to "odds and ends" if they want, or as I do, read everything that's new- starting with "odds and ends". Great site- my 2 cents. If I were King, I wouldn't change a thing.I could'nt agree more! i'm not much of a "computer person" and as i have previously stated,i came to this site looking for info on a specific truck,boy,look what that turned into! i truly enjoy reading post both serious and not. And all the people i've met on here that i consider friends even though i have only met a handfull in person,and personally,i would'nt trade the fellowship on here for anything! sure there are posts on here that are of no interest to me,i just don't effin' read them- period! but when i have a serious question,i always get an answer,when i feel i can add something i do! if you can't take the occaisional "ribbing" off color joke,a titty now and then well maybe this is'nt the place for you! i think there are a great bunch of people associated with this site,and many of us share a common interest,Mack trucks? sure, but the jokes,pictures,peoples stories (the people themselves) are worth the price of admission in my humble opinion. show me another site where you can get the timing sequence for a 1963 ENDT-673 on one page and see some big boobs on another? i say don't change a thing,its just like TV,if you don't like the program,change the channel,or better yet,turn it off and read a book!................................Mark 5 Quote Mack Truck literate.
