  1. I once had a DM dump put a overdrive 12 speed with 4.17 rears and loved it, was on 22.5 rubber, but the pump was set to 2300 RPM'S would not push it that hard very often, just surprise another truck or two!! it would bury the 80MPH. speedometer. terry

  14. That under slung rear suspension is not a good set up, would not use it for a working truck. terry
  15. could be a nightmare, if the 06 is a electronic engine the 03 might not have the harnesses or computer for the later engine. terry

  23. Just because it has a 18 spd. don't mean you have to use all of them, i drove a side dump with a 18 spd. most of the time i could use the low range like a 5 spd. then use the splitter on the high range when needed. just nice to have the low range splits when you need them. terry
