I talked to the guy about the 85 single axle. It was originally a road tractor (figured with the short wheelbase and bed) and has ~750K total miles. New bearings were rolled in at ~450K, new clutch, and rebuilt 5sp (no OD) transmission. Passenger door is rusted but rest of cab is "decent". He is sending me pics. I will forward them if anyone is interested in the single axle.

Many tire shops are not setup to balance Dayton rims. I had a difficult time finding a local shop.

Maybe dandelions will become a cash crop. If so, the PA farm is a diamond in the rough.

Just this morning I saw a "want a be" with a stove pipe sticking out of the hood (about 2'). First one I ever saw like that on the street. I didn't have my camera so I did not get a pic...."but it did happen".

I have an older Craftsman click torque wrench. The ratchet mechanism broke. I took it back to Sears and was told torque wrenches are not covered by their warranty. I can understand the calibration but not the basic ratchet. So I went to Harbor Freight and bought one for $9.99. Piss on Sears! Had the calibration checked on the HF wrench and it was dead on.

Saw this on the interweb.... Recently, the top brass at Sears had decided to outsource the manufacturing of Craftsman hand tools to places like China and Taiwan. The sockets, ratchets, wrenches and other hand tools you buy are now being made overseas. The quality is nowhere near as good as the USA made stuff. American industry has "sold out" to China and other foreign countries in the name of saving money. Is Cuba the next one?

Agree with lighting on top (left side) row but isn't the fog light switch the second one from the right (top) in pic? From left to right (bottom to top) is headlamps, marker, dash dimmer, then fog lights. Perhaps it is the hookup lamp? This is getting confusing...another reason to post pic properly...just sayin'.

Mirror heaters are bottom right.
