  1. Agree good looking truck. Would look good with Mack or Scania across the front.
  2. Like you say certainly not hard to do. I think not offering a superliner like product in the USA speaks volumes about Volvos commitment to Mack. Volvo wants Mack to be a little sister. Volvo doesn't care about Mack competing with the other truck manufacturers. They just don't want Mack competing with Volvo. It would be nice if Volvo pulled out of the North America and just pushed the Mack brand.
  3. One wrench stroke at a time gets the job done.
  4. I don't believe they built the MP 10 or D16 at Hagerstown but in Sweden, however like log trucker says what is the big deal on shipping them to the US as they do to Australia. It would be a dealer part item (special order).
  5. Mack pro good detective work- mack pro and fjh keep up the good work-Guys like you keep the Mack name alive. Can't offer a radiator in a Granite for a 505- Give me a break. Can't offer bigger than a 12,000 lb front axle in a ch, again give me a break. 14 & 20's come down the same assembly line at the chassis assembler for granites. When the T-800's needed a bigger radiator they changed the hood to accommodate.
  6. Seems as though Volvo bends over backwards to keep Mack customers happy.
  7. Mack has pulled all reference to Titan-heavy haul and MP 10 from its web site. Looks like no alternatives are being offered as there is no longer a reference to Heavy Haul.
  8. Coles had CO Diamond Reos if I remember right. Remember right. Remember right. May bee some 90 inch BBC conventionals also.
  9. Will be the sharpest Mack in Russia.
  10. Volvo drops the Titan and keeps the VNX! That pretty much says it all about what Volvo thinks of Mack. Can't get an MP 7 in a CHU -Sick-Sick-Sick
  11. As I remember there weren't that many axle forward Brocks with the Mack cab. Beautiful blue Brock. Looks as good as a Superdog if not better.
  12. On the Canadian Nanaimo Mack web site they have some nice Mack eye candy. Customer purchases. Looks like they sold a few Titans up in that area. A lot of cool looking granites.
  13. Were there any of the later R models with E7 engines. I know the RB's and RD's had them.
  14. Beautiful trucks! Are they from PA or Ct
  15. Don't see what the big deal is in building a cab and chassis, and when it gets to the end of the assembly line, pull it out into the parking lot with a fork lift. Daimler and Paccar have it figured out.
  16. Dump the CH and bring over the Aussie Macks (Superliner/Trident/Titan). Keep the CXU, Granite and COE's. This would allow Mack to compete with Paccar, Daimler and Navistar.
  17. You mean like Volvo getting their head out of their arse. No indication that will happen.
  18. Can a Granite be spec'd to match a Titan. Minus the MP10 of course.
  19. Looks like Volvo has pulled the rug out from under Mack's heavy haul business.
  20. Beastly. I wonder what an 800 would look like with wide front tires.
  21. Bynum tank lines seems to be IH and Freightliner now.
  22. Western Star moving ahead with HD trucks to compete with KW.---Mack-ZZZZZZZZZ
  23. This is a good thread to revive since the E-6 350 is still popular and mechanical. I am sure there are many interested in 350 modifications for more power.
