  1. Nice! Were the Magnums 600's or 700's or both.
  2. Actually I hate to admit it but the VHD is a good looking truck compared to its other stable mates. IMHO
  3. Sounds like Oskosh needs to get into heavy haul. Would be a good fit.
  4. Have at it Mr. Trump. Buy back Mack while you are at it.
  5. Would look good in my driveway.
  6. Did the RD's use the old hood up until 1990?
  7. Red Horse-They bought those CH's when their stock was down before there recovery.
  8. Mack introduced there super truck also. The cab is shaped like a rectangle. The rear end sports a 7.43 ratio. Engine rpm has been kicked up to 2300 rpm on the MP-8. Flotation tires up front. Also a new V-12 gas engine is offered at 3400 rpm.
  9. Roadway CH is an ex ABF unit. Can't kill them off.
  10. I bet if Volvo had bought Western Star they would be gone by now.
  11. Look at some of the big fleets that can't kill their CH's. Yellow(ABF hand me downs),NEMF,UPS etc. As long as these CH's are around parts should be as well. There are a lot of fleets turning in some CH's ABF,NEMF,Yellow, Duie Pyle that can be had for 5-8000 dollars. That's a lot of cheap parts.
  12. With a woman like that who needs a hydraulic jack?
  13. That would look good in a Mack heavy haul CHN or Granite. Scania V8 would be even better.
  14. Some die cast toy company is introducing a model of the blue Overdop F model. I think it is a foreign toy company.
  15. Looks like an old southeastern freight lines truck with frame extension.
  16. Why hasn't Volvo dumped Mack yet like they did White, GMC, Autocar ? What seems to be their end game? Daimler promotes American icons like Freightliner and Western Star and Detroit. They keep the Daimler ego in the background.
  17. Where are the Mack engineers such as Dave McKenna who used to post on the Mack website and Mack 3P who used to post on here. Miss their inputs.
  18. Probably not a lot sold because they were heavy compared to Paccars
