watts has one advertised for 450 ish. dual tow hole -
let me first back up and welcome you to the evergreen state! I'm on the other side of the "hill" so to speak. Your dilemma about the smoking clutch has me thinking the trans is going into 2 gears at once, other wise it should move the truck one direction or another. if you get stumped call c.w.grove in kent . they are a independent mack shop. that should be better help than transport equipment center.

well one thing about that one mark is you wouldn't have to clean the wind shield during the summer cuz I don't think that bugs even fly that low!

if at a stop can you get the truck in gear.... or does it rumble in the stick then jump slightly as it goes into gear? if this is not the case I don't think its clutch related. it may be a twisted mainshaft in the trans. does the clutch have 1 1/2 -2 in. of freeplay at the top of the pedal? does the bottom 1 in. work the clutch brake properly ? I assume that when you had the truck pulled backwards the eng was off. does the trans feel like its right shifting it with the eng. off?

Rowdy where I'm from a mud puddle that is that deep and holds water for more than a few days gets named as a lake.

is the Columbia Gorge and the Columbian Gorge maybe the same place? Ore. Wa. boarder area. The RW and the step deck are a good looking pair!

if your new to mack, what type of manifold pressure are you getting? when pulling good you should see 30+ to36 lbs boost if your in the 20's check the charge air cooler.

looking to buy the plastic spacers that go between the air tanks and battery box, will buy tanks, straps, and spacers if price is right

if its a off roadable air ride sure! if hwy. air ride I think you will be buying beer all the time for the guys pulling you out. we ran a few trucks with neway long travel with great results our trucks with pete low leaf would get stuck on a curb. pete air leaf not much better.

my grandpa had a cletrac I think the same size as that one it was gone from the ranch before I came into the world, I do still have the lights for it stashed in the barn. I would like to find one to have back on the ranch. thanks for the pics.!

41 chev- you can just tell her about all of us so she don't loose her "edge" in dealing with demented people I don't know if it will help in the healing process, but she will know its a wide spread condition and not a local out break!............hope the next 30% comes back quick. Rob

nice trip! if your dirt roads were narrower and had more defects it would remind me of our local dirt roads -
a country neighbor has one of them little critters a lot cheaper than a side by side,street legal, sips fuel, and has a heater!

Tim does it push more than a gallon ? a eng will push out what coolant doesn't fit in a "hot system" so checking the rad. when cold should have apromx. 1-11 /2 in. of air in top tank of rad. if its expelling more than this you need to do a compression gas test of the cooling system. your dealer should be able t do this also there is a slight chance the air compressor could put sir into the cooling sys. as well

tell him the last guy that stopped ya is in a body bag and stuck in the air cleaner housing , thus making the eng. smoke because it cant get enough air .......... wannna see if we can stall it ?.

I reminded my self why I don't redeck more stuff, after 8 new drill bits 2 of which were cobalt, all used and sharpened at least twice one air drill one electric drill and a cordless impact driver with 4 batteries and 5 torx bits. 480 deck screws were installed,hands hurt for 2 days.

The Wife said that we needed a new deck ......... so I looked around and found the worst one and replaced it............. well that shut her up!
