it more that a gal that back flows we have caught a little over two and half we leave room for some air in the bottle will look at the compressor thank you for the help

Ok i have a 1993 rd 688s with a E7-350 motor that is have coolant problems i have replaced thermostat twice all new hoses from top of rad to thermostat housing, new rad, new water filter also a high temp switch still having the problem coolant is flowing into the overflow tank from the main tank any help talked to the dealer they said it could be in the head just not sure no oil in the coolant have also flushed the system a couple of times replaced everything after each flush

i am kinda haven the same issue with a mack truck i am working on it has no heat in cab blows cold air and needle doesnt move have replaced the thermostat and the temputare sensor and still notting. i believe it is a clk 490
