  1. I know its possible , I would need to see a positive ground schematic to jog the brain, its been 28 years since I did that.
  2. well if you weren't singing the RODEO song it must have been a good trip!
  3. I,d cut the end off the old one I remember some guys staggering baffles in side of the tube I think this was more of a spark arrester idea than sound reduction move.
  4. pop an axle out of each rear and run the truck up and look for problem ,your looking for run out on any yoke or vibration in any carrier brg. did a balance wt. get knocked off during installation ? did the shop recheck shaft balance after your complaint? as Ron stated maybe a bent shaft in the trans or power divider. running up the drive train with out the truck moving should help locate the problem. as tor the tires jack up each wheel ( one at a time) and spin the tire then use a jack stand as a steady rest and take flat screwdriver on edge and score a line on each tire then with the tires loaded (truck on the ground) take a tape measure and check toe in by measuring the distance from the line on the front face of each tire then the rear face of each tire you should have between 0-1/4 in. toe in (front face of tire) narrower than rear face. if this checks out you need a pro to fix the problem.
  5. bdt the dynatard is quite simple: toggle sw. to micro sw. at fuel pump to dynatard solenoids . take a test light and find your switched power wire then run it to the fuel pump micro switch, with the throttle at idle the sw. should be closed so you should have power thru the sw. then wire micro sw. to the dynatard .=done
  6. mack daddy I think most of them were home made
  7. damn how do you file a chain saw to get them to do that kind of work? what type of chain do you use? you must be a master filer / carpenter. All kidding aside very nice work, you wont have to worry about me doing one just like it that for sure. given fine wood work like that, with enough turpentine I can start a fire.
  8. hope all is well and everyone is healthy!!!!
  9. can I send you ten of them to clean? looks great
  10. IT SHOULD DO JUST FINE !
  11. in my case I think it's a "open" not a short that causes the trouble, I sit down and start to type and the brain goes OPEN!

  15. I bet they were just trying to dry them off so they could put thread compound on them
  16. bdt is that a 3 valve system red yellow blue knob? or valve Yellow /red? if its a three valve you will have air in the trailer lines any time the red and yellow knobs are charged.( and more than sixty psi in the system)
  17. could you imagine trying to back up a 2 place snowmobile trailer with that R? I think most would commit suicide after the first 10 feet if they still had a trailer tongue !
  18. Leon try searching pro steering systems inc. Portland Oregon usa. they have about anything , they also have a online catalogue which should help you i.d. your box to the proper model.

  22. I thought that too but the power divider comment didn't make sense then.
  23. mike what was there application? they weren't a fertilizer rig cuz the cab still on them. looks like fun muddin!......... maybe you should go on vacation and a few of us guys will drop by and evaluate the fleet
