  10. All 72 series triplex and quadruplex compounds are overdrive. Triplex direct TRT72, single OD Quadruplex direct, TRQ72 single OD With overdrive main box, Triplex over TRT720, double OD Quadruplex over, TRQ720, double OD The 2nd 2 in the number is variation in input shaft (spline size, single /double disc) There is a duplex (TRDX72), 10 speed with only 7 progressive gears. Around here it was called a dead stick, that was a few years ago. The transmission you need is a overdrive quad for the speeds you need, but not the best choice against a 237. FW

  14. Two days after the hurricane, This bridge is about 1 mile downriver from the one that was lost, and speaking with a person who lives nearby this bridge was totally rebuilt about five years ago. It was done using the same construction practices as the original covered bridges using white oak and hemlock lumber. Witnessing the flood full size trees and cars smashed into it and then were sucked under as well as the 150 foot long roadway planks from the destroyed bridge upriver and shot out the other side, this bridge didn't move. In the area next to the bridge there were three cars and a chest freezer full of game meat. This person lived near the river and the water rose to 6 inches over his first floor window sills, he is moving to higher ground. A picture of where the bridge was. FW
  15. While on the subject there was a member that closed with "over and out from ignorant ridge",haven't heard from him. FW
