Yup Time for a clean!

Sounds pretty normal to me Very odd.You might want to check the fuel preasure if its not getting as hot as it use too!Sounds more like a lack of fuel than an air problem.

Do you have a Pyro Gauge?If you have a boost leak the pyro will heat up quick!You should be making AT LEAST 30 to 34 psi! Same with a bad turbo or a Plugged muffler! It will heat up quick you should be trailing black smoke all the time! your pyro is not heating and your not trailing smoke you got a lack of fuel IE: a bad transfer pump pluged fuel filter or Bad line!

You have the problem in your hands the problem now is you have to buy the mass flow tube as well as the egr cooler!

Nope the serial #no is stamped on the front cover where the fuel pump bolts on! the flat spot on top!

I would try building a plate for under the egr valve and tri it I think what you got is and egr valve thats failing to close!

The Valve set is done one cylinder at a time They CAN"T Set it like a cat! Also If you still have a woof out the air cleaner you may have a damaged lifter! Take the truck back to them and have it checked and the valves set correctly! Valve set is done in firing order 153624 valve set marks are on the flywheel in the small opening at the bottom.

Take them out! if you bought a new econovance today they do not have screens!

look up Brenner contracting they work in your area over there he might give ya a few tips on this he has done a few tweaks on his unit it seems to have him happy.

I highly reccomend a place to start is Any Big line from an air tank to the bottom of any or all relay valves first.I have seen lines degrade over the years and cause your exsact symtoms!

Definate possibility on that balancer, I never ran into that problem on a mack , but I did on a binder dt466 kept throwing belts tried everything with that too, then took a stab in the dark with the balancer which cured the problem!

Iv'e seen em come to our shop decked straight from the plant with as much as 2 inchs of clutch brake and the correct free pedal! That would mean that there would be MAYBE 1/2 inch of clutch gap between the throw out bearing and the brake surface! More often than not there is 1 inch useually that is the case that is still too much with an air assist clutch in my opinion.We ussually end up tweeking the clutch brake before delivery to fend off clutch brake desasters with the mp engines as I dicribed earlier!There is nothing wrong with the eaton two peice clutch brake as long as you install it with a wad of grease on it and set it real light they will work for a long time!The volvo people wanted us to put one peice brakes back in at one point!

They were RD,s or RS's models back in the late 70's/ early 80's Not sure on the volume of trucks, back then they offered all engines . scania ,cat ,cummins, detroit I even seen a Man in one but I beleive it was a trans plant!

No Bro I said , hub itself weighs a ton thats the rest of the problem but you can't change that,Get a new fan an check to see if the upper bracket is missing!I am not sure on your truck either but if there is a nub sticking up on the housing with a threaded hole in it it is lkly to have a bracket on it!

yup thats true the brake does come thru load and clear!

Chuck no pics man sorry! If yours is mack 13 you can chance taking the knob apart theres a lock out in there that interlocks the two switches ya just got to cut or break it off I beleive its Plastic!

We done several here and the noise factor aint bad once the egr valve is closed the noise is not bad.The white one you guys were ooing and awing over a few months back was straight piped I beleive.

Doable on a Mack 13 .
