  1. Booo! You is slipping!😡
  2. Save the old pump the new primer there is shit!
  3. Yep !Long as you’re narrow doesn’t matter which comes your covered you’re good if you’re going that route! Hopefully that cures your issues! Long as you’re positive you checked are the simple cheap and easy load the canon!😂
  4. Don’t know if the 17 litre will pass the emissions here if so the demand for 700plus pony’s is not real high except for heavy haul! They would not be mass produced so it limits building that sort of truck here!
  5. 2800 FT pounds sweet! That said still Volvo trash! I have also said the engines are decent its the shit bolted to it that ruins it! vI notice they havent used up all there cab parts in auzz yet Paul ! New Volvo Cab for U guys soon ?
  6. ! Thats the narrow so you need to make sure you use the one you have (wide!!!! ) not the one shown! in the pic! If the engine lights that quick you got a flow issue not a check issue! That Said ! I would be scrutinising all he hoses and all the fittings I have seen rocks and or debris stuck in elbows leave no stone unturned before the Canon comes out you got the time and likly a lot less money!
  7. There was also a tack drive variant! Doubt this is what he has!
  8. I would also check the spring in the return tee! The pump runs off the fuel pump cam directly Joe!
  9. So if you’re going to buy a new pump be careful you get the right one ! Check the roller width there are two wide iWork on a narrow but not the other way around!
  10. Ok just checking! You blew thru the lines new or not good to check! Trying to avoid any parts canyoning for no reason!
  11. Bro before you go condemning the pump ! Have you checked the tank vent! Is the lines to and out of the filters clear! I have been burned by other people’s diagnostic conclusions before ! Check before you canon! just sayin!
  12. https://dieselpartscenter.com/products/valve-genuine-pai-2653?srsltid=AfmBOoprWQNF-CF2Fj3iSITdinzEhqn1x-K3VIqnQH0mYbAelhxaX6Jt Could be wrong but The one at 54 psi will likly be fine . I highly doubt 6 psi will make much difference ! As long as your transfer pump is strong it will run fine ! the gear on the transfer pump used to come loose And cause issues This also may be contributing to the issue! not there so I cant say! you could pull the pump and check that gear if the check valve don't cure the issue!
  13. Post your vin Heinz will fix ya up!
  14. Does yours have the plastic bleed back hose to it? 60-80 psi is good!
  15. Wow that’s getting up there ! Just about up to a 350 of the late 1980 vintage!
  16. Key here being it should be about drive axle height! Any diff Mack or otherwise!

  19. Thats a new one for me Joey good check!
  20. All one pocket buddy! Its all about the money!
  21. Let us know what you find ! The flywheel sensor is a good first step!
  22. What HE SAID! I am feeling every trans and drive line and main bolt I have ever torqued every day! Every joint hurts ! I think it lowers the motivation some what !You Got to just over look iT If you want to get stuff done ! Ignore it and power thru! 4hrs at a real slow pace is about all I can tolerate these days! Count ourselves lucky were still able to do this stuff! Could be alot worse!
  23. So investigate this! On startup turn the key on observe the pistion on the VGT ! Is the vgt doing its self check? Is it going full stroke ? If it does not stroke out both directions it may be that the vanes are sticking and not allowing the turbo to regulate properly!
  24. I struggle with motivation these days got lots of ideas but getting motivated to do them is two different things! Unless it has to be done it probably won’t get done!
