  1. Best of luck with your health issues and the sale of your truck.
  2. At least Costello is willing to admit when he's a "baaaaad boy".
  3. That little bit of rust above the top strap on the air cleaner looks like the Mack script logo.
  4. I wasn't sure if that was morning or afternoon sun, that definitely isn't Tim behind the wheel. There are actually 2 drivers that keep their truck nice, the other is D1711, but I though I could make out the last 6 in the original picture. I've been good about staying on top of the exterior but I if get to work and my load is ready, I'm gone. I wanna be there for you, even if in a dirty truck.
  5. As often as that happens in trucks these days, I wouldn't be surprised if some drivers are choosing to ignore it all and move on.
  6. That's one fine fleet. Ditto on the Monte Carlo. I've always like the souped up versions of the larger cars more than the Camaros, Mustangs, etc. Did you modify the front end on the El Camino?
  7. Jeez, what a shame after sitting so long. You sound like your determined to move forward. Best of Luck!
  8. I'd like to pinch them in the schitter. Do they have a pinch hitter?
  9. I came up with that slogan when I asked people if they wanted me here or there. The answer was always there. I can't make out the tractor number but if it's D1696 that's the dirtiest you'll ever see it. My buddy Tim out of Richmond drives it at night and washes it daily when possible. Since it's pulling a 53'er that might even be him if this is not too late in the morning. It got a bit sloppy on the PA Turnpike Wednesday night, but not too bad. I talked to NoClueJoe for a while and hearing was he was driving through in WV made me feel much better about my situation.
  10. The wing windows were used until the "daylight" doors came out around '04. AFAIK the vents vents did not have a power option, ir that's what you were wondering.
  11. Welcome. Nice truck, best of luck with it. Is that some type of slider in the dog side window?
  12. Trick or treat, but I'd prefer a trick.
  13. Do you know the model number for this one? I have see all of this style referred to as a K100 but then again, conventionals prior to the W900B often mistakenly referred to as W900A's.
  14. I wonder how many '73's have the green dash. Prolly however many they made before they ran out of green then started with the tan.
  15. I found the answer in your other post..
  16. Is that an H model in the second pic? His nipples will tweak themselves in that weather.
  17. It's definitely one of the first K100's to roll of the line. The '72 my Dad drove had a build date of 9/71. KW sure got a lot of miles out of parts of the design. I wouldn't be surprised if all the windshield glass fit every model that had the four piece setup. The doors might also fit in the openings of a much newer model, although the hardware wouldn't match.
  18. Now there's a first. I just threw up in my mouth after reading my own post.
  19. That's the age when my intelligence reached it's peak. I was still a dumb shit, but much smarter than I am now. Now WTF?! It's almost bed time and I have to go to sleep with that image etched in my brain. I guess I'll be washing sheets later. Happy Birthday!
  20. Great. That's 2 things I forgot. I can't believe I didn't ask. I've been a specs nerd since I was a kid. There are Cummins decals on the hood and that is certainly what it sounded like. I didn't notice until I got home that it has a tilt hood. How common were those?
  21. Happy Veterans Day and thank you to all who served.
  22. He's slowing down in his old age. This worked when we were kids, let's see if it still does: NO BACKSIES!
  23. Just in case your eyes aren't yet tearing up or your bottom lip is not yet trembling-That is a very beautiful car! Are you going to have to change your user name?
