My rule of thumb is if the lock ring is damaged or the rim it is junk. I know some of the old stuff is a gamble when you buy them that is why I always try and get it as cheap as I can or try and make a deal that if it is no good I am not going to pay and they will get it back. I also only buy rims with mounted tires at least that way chances are they are a matched set. In the past I have dropped them off to shops and painted the ring and rim to know what ring goes with what rim. I have gone to pick up rims to take to sand blast and everything is in a pile, but because they were marked not a big deal. I personally clean the lips and inspect the rings and rims then if I don't like the looks of things they go in the scrap pile. Once you clean the lip and inspect them you can snap them together and sandblast them that way if you send them out since the lip and ring are cleaned.

According to the wiki production sheet all the RWLs were made in Hayward,CA from 1977 to 1984. I found a supposedly 1987 RWL788LST that apparently is the only one of its kind. VIN# 1M2U215Y1FM00185 The data plate and frame match and the plate is the Allentown PA plate. It has a Mack engine and a custom built for emblem on the steering wheel. I was going to add pictures of the data plate but I don't know how yet and look up the engine to see if it matched but the engine codes are not showing up in the wiki yet.

Never heard of the 35 years thing my newest was 1980 so I suppose that is why they never said anything. My concern was with the State has to be 20 years old for the historic plate. -
I think Christi is looking for the Attorney General. I heard the pundants saying Guilliani is rumored to be Homeland Security. He had better put together a dream team and let me know who they are for my vote.

antique insurance

Haggerty Insurance. They were the least expensive when I changed over from USAA out of all the truck insurance companys when I had to find new insurance for my trucks. I originally had USAA but when I tried to add a 1970 KW they said the truck was to big I said you have two other Macks of mine insured and they said I need to find diffrent insurance becuase they were not with in the Class they could insure so they gave me Haggertys name and I looked up several other company's here on the site and in the ATHS magazine. Gulfway was twice as much as Haggerty and no trailer, JC Taylor was close close to 1/3rd more and stipulations. I also called Grundy and they stated it was out weigh class. With Haggerty you can haul a trailer but not a camper. If you want to pull a camper get RV for insurance for both through Progressive. The only other stipulation is they want the truck parked under cover. https://www.hagerty.com/Insurance/compare-to-daily-driver-insurance?aff=go_cld_br&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=hagerty&utm_content=85424349644&utm_campaign=Branded+Cold+States&mkwid=shyceFNvV&pcrid=85424349644&kw=hagerty&pmt=p&pdv=c&gclid=Cj0KEQiAr8W2BRD2qbCOv8_H7qEBEiQA1ErTBnM0st3Te_TrjS2VLfAwrR8lbDvrwwXLkRe5fZQKgTUaAgnH8P8HAQ -
Exactly my point, Trump is spouting Liberal rhetoric wrapped up in some bow with sugar on top. Instead of lowering corporate taxes and penalties he is using them as threats and intimidation to force a company to stay exactly what Bernie and Hillary suggest. Why not lower taxes, make small government, ease regulations? Trump is a RINO and has switched parties in favor of what benefits him best and was a large support of Obama. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/jun/16/donald-trump-changed-political-parties-at-least-fi/ Here is Rubio Plan- https://marcorubio.com/issues/21st-century-jobs-plan/ Here is Kasich Plan- https://johnkasich.com/jobsandeconomy/ Trumps Plan- http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2016/02/trump-wont-bring-our-jobs-back-from-his-hotels.html http://dailycaller.com/2016/02/26/trump-i-hire-foreigners-because-its-impossible-to-find-americans-who-want-the-jobs-video/ http://money.cnn.com/2016/02/12/news/economy/donald-trump-china-mexico-jobs/

Barry For the last couple weeks I have been unable to receive email notifications of PMs and threads that I follow. I checked my settings re-saved and still nothing I went in and removed all settings saved and then went back and redid them again with no change. Any help would be appreciated as I know I am receiving PMs and are not finding them for several days and it is hard to track down all the threads that I subscribe to. -
Just turned on Megan Kelly and looks like Marco and Ted asked Donald the same thing I wrote earlier tonight at the CNN debate. Seems Donald stepping all over himself explaining his clothing and Trump University Don't forget the Polish Workers or the rest of the foreign workers he has employed

I am not talking about Apple and the encryption, I am talking about how is he going to force Apple to give up the cheap labor in China for $15 hour minimum wage here in the US? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2103798/Revealed-Inside-Apples-Chinese-sweatshop-factory-workers-paid-just-1-12-hour.html Trump says he will force Apple to manufacture in the US http://www.cnet.com/news/trump-says-hell-force-apple-to-manufacture-in-the-us/ What would Trump say if he was told the same thing? He already manufactures a clothing line in China http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/donald-trump-admits-gear-made-china-labels/story?id=13472355 sounds like Trump is Bull$hitting the Kool-aid Drinkers to me. But him hiring illegals to build his Florida resort is Okay?? http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/26/us/politics/donald-trump-taps-foreign-work-force-for-his-florida-club.html?_r=0 http://lawnewz.com/politics/trump-club-almost-exclusively-hires-foreign-seasonal-workers-instead-of-americans/ Donald Trump will be just as worse as the Democrats Read the articles, I provided the facts and tell me that is not in it for himself.

similar to what you do but I use KleenStrip http://www.homedepot.com/p/Klean-Strip-1-gal-Phosphoric-Prep-and-Etch-GKPA30220/100406369 after that dries I rinse off any of the white residue and spray and rub down with paint thinner. Then do the primer than paint. Seems to last and hold up fine. Supposedly this is recommend but I have never used it in place of the prep and etch. It is made by the same folks. http://www.finishmaster.com/products/bulldog-bond8226flex8226tie-coat-pint
