C609 emblem

Hello Gentlemen.  I got a C609 but it is missing the Bulldog base and the radiator emblem.  I’m told the base is the same as an LTL so everyone probably has one or two lying around. The Mack emblem is the same as the G model and N model so they have to be really common too.  So, if you happen to have one or both please let me know.  Thanks.  Michael Yarnall. Douglassville Pa.

The emblem and radiator cap is the same as on the B75 series.

If I had the $'s I would love to get a C model, custom build it - stretch the hood a little, fit an E9, 12 spd box and maybe find the old style Mercury polished alloy sleeper.  I have my eyes on this C model 🤞

Look up Mike Harbison (Jr) on FB.  Mikey was organizing his dad's collection after Mike got sick the 1st time around and long before he passed.  I know that he has some C's out there & I'm sure that he has the items you need in a parts bin/box someplace.

That C model looks like a good project.   I bought an aluminum sleeper year but don’t have any pans for it yet.

another model so common in the day; who would have guess be so hard to find today. Waterbury sand and gravel (Connecticut co )had a fleet of them along with single axle B-75's. pulling trailer dumps. I called them the U-models older cousin. engine half cabs not the offset part.

It is a White Road Boss, I dont know what engine was in it. Photo taken November 2018. I also notice hidden in front was an E9, does not look complete. But seems ready to slip into the orange C model. I will call the guy next week and ask if the E9 and truck are still there in his shed. Maybe waiting for me to go pick them up. 🤔🤞🤞🙏
