I'm pretty sure he needs a overdrive trans with his rear ratio, whatever they are, never hardly seen a B model with rears much faster than 5.73's unless they were changed.    terry:D

If you have a way to get it to a Fastenal store and the receiver can pick it up, Fastenal is pretty cheap to use as a shipper. And even a regular LTL shipper is not that expensive. I sent the engine from my AB to IL for less than $300.00 using SIAI.

It all depends on freight class I use a shipping broker just type in the class , weight, origin, destination and get quotes from five or six different companies.

was wondering if anyone has dealt with blakes....used thier parts??????? i was thinking of possibly doing an inframe on my DM eventually...truck smokes a bit,,,,but its all fuel smoke....havent done anything with it yet....wondering where to buy engine parts.....:idunno:....bob
