had that happen back in 88 in Red Bank NJ. crackhead forgot to lift the plow as he was crossing the railroad tracks doing 35PH, and the cutting edge hit the rail perfectly. stood a V-8 powered 75 DM800 straight up in the air.

had to get a crane to lift the truck off the plow and put it on the lowboy so i could bring it home.

it also ripped the front axle out of the truck, and almost knocked the fuel tanks off.

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

Happened with on Maria's Pass once too. Plow truck was plowing a wide spot where they can get turned around on a two lane highway. Turn around is just left over black top paved on a natural wide spot. No gravel or compaction and the driver hit a big frost heave hidden by the snow.

The problems we face today exist because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by the people who vote for a living.

The government can only "give" someone what they first take from another.
