Great job! You could name this truck "meat". Then you'd have meat and taters.

Funny that you bring up naming it. I've decided it will be called "Grizzly."

Have the same exact bumper on my B81. What did you use for paint? Thanks, and again, wonderful job.IMG_7867.JPG

Nice truck.

I used Professional Commercial Coatings paint from NAPA.

Looking Good.  Keep at it.  It won't be long now and it will be blowing smoke with a load of gravel and a smile on your face and picture takers snapping photos as they watch you go by.

nothing wrong with an ''Earle Shieb preservation paint job'''. its the ones where they use spray foam, bondo and then paint over it that should be avoided ...

Hey, I had a truck with Bondo reinforced by crumpled up newspaper.  The cab corners looked good for a little while...

Outstanding job on both trucks!  They look fantastic!  What's next, let's see, an LJSWX, right? I hope,   or in the other direction, a DM800 and an early RD688SX?   Even If you stop at these two B's , you have a very admirable fleet!!  Enjoy driving them!

I wouldn't mind a DM800 or an R model, but the reality is I can only afford two trucks at a time. :)

Looks great. Pin striping in the future?

Just giving you a hard time. Pinstriped or not it is still a beautiful truck that shows the love and money you put into it.

But you have to admit there is something special about the trucks from that region that sport hand lettering and fancy pin striping. It is what sets them apart from trucks from any other part of the country.
