He promised Increased Sovereignty, Permanent Seats in Congress and Senate, Super Highways to access their land, High Speed Internet, New Schools, Colleges, Universities, well paying jobs, Healthcare and the best "promise" is to authorize fair payment for all the lands that the "white man" stole from them. He promised an investment of 900 billion dollars over the next 5 years to "start the ball rolling" .
