we have volvo.s and kenworths,,with automatics,,,both stay in gear with the maxi,s on...but it shouldnt have moved,,less the brake adjustment was way off...but as most guys said,,,the height matter is your puppy,,,its just an experience deal,,,versus rookie,,,most of us woulda stopped and looked up to make sure it would fit,,,but without experience maybe you would just shoot thru,,and assume it was high enough...good luck.bob

i know where your at,,,i also need ten tires,,,ive been putting it off for 18 years,,,and they just keep getting more expensive,,,you can pay up to 400 each for them,,,im just going to put them on a credit card,when i find them,,,i got a couple leads for used takeoffs,,thier 1000x20,s so same size as container chassis,,,im pissed that i waited so long,,,because the prices have doubled in the past few years,,,and most of them are china imports now..bob

oh ya,,,the pumps are a fortune...a rebuilt pump is generally around $1,800 dealer price,,,ya sheet metal,,is pretty expensive as it is,,,plus your talking obsolete parts,,,good luck.bob

you could pay up to 700.00 just for the fender,,,id guess,at least $1.500 i know they would go fast if you were to advertise them...good luck bob

oh,,,i tell you what,man never again,,,around here,,,mayflower movers,used to give away 8 by 4 storage crates,,,thier perfect for storage,,,got a couple back in the ninty,s...been meaning to go up there,,,and see if they still offer them...a buddy of mine...put 2 together...and made a nice little workshop for his triumph bike...and built some nice neat work benches in it....even if they charge a little,,,better than all those bolts...lol....i would also like to buy a container,,,but the way my yard is set up,,,it would be alittle awkward...and by the way welcome home,,,tom,,,im starting my weekend,,,and free food tonite...brotherinlaw is the manager of a buffet here in reno,,,was supposed to put brakes in my wifes pickup...but i squeezed out,and put it off till next weekend.lol.have a swing time,,,talk at ya later...bob
