i drove one in a pete,i didnt like it,but it had the electric gas pedal shut off,that only gave you like 1700 rpm,s so if you were on a slight grade,and shifting up from a traffic light,buy the time you let the gas off the truck would slow down too fast and wouldnt click into hi,,it was a pain in the ass,,would have been ok with a little more throttle,,,who the hell designs this rediculous stuff..bob

you have to split every gear,,like a two stick,sept with a switch,like the mack was,or maybe still is,,bob

was lucky enough to get this guage out of a oakland ca.fire engine along with the tach,a steering wheel,and stop ,and throttle cables,,everthing is in excellant shape.bob

yeah,,hadnt thought of that,they do look like t600s,,my company has alott of those t,s....law transportation ran a bunch of those macks,strait jobs doing city delivery,s in my town in the 60,s,,,i think thier still in business...boston area...bob

if you wind up with it,,,i know a guy that has all the missing parts from the nose,chrome strips,side dogs,lights headlight doors,,one stop shopping,and he has real fare prices.of coarse..like mark says,,its a fun hobby,,but dont expect to see your money back...lol.bob
