  2. They made a clutch brake for a mack push clutch, it had a lever that went down and pushed a disc against the counter shaft. Terry
  3. Some of the later triplex and quads came with a twin disc push clutch terry
  4. Are you talking a wedge shape piece under the hook on the hood, I believe they were there to tilt the hook more so latch would not come unhooked.🤷‍♀️. Terry
  5. They are probably body bound bolts, which can be even harder to get out. Terry
  6. That is a rare engine, a 350 two valve engine, have to agree with that line from intake to downdraft tube. Terry
  7. Just put in neutral and pull cover, and make sure forks go back in to shift collars when replacing. Terry
  8. Don’t forget you have to have your fuel return line to which tank your drawing from. Terry
  9. I have seen a bunch of tip turbine engines, and never one with that line to the draft tube. Terry

  14. I have to say if there is a weak point in the mack power divider, the early ones would break a through shaft every once in a while And yes i do prefer the air lockout divider, especially when the internals are worn. Terry and yes i have driven both, with and without the air lockout.

  19. alot of people have a different definition of what a rebuilt consists of! Terry
  20. Probably a TRD 720 which is a overdrive duplex, but if it is a 722 not sure what that last 2 means, and if it is a 2 then it is a direct trans. terry
  21. I once owned a 70 DM with the scania with a automatic trans. Was a ex mixer truck. Terry it was also a DM 400, 487 model
  22. could there be a small difference on the turbo fins? And the inside of the housings ? Would fit one way with to much clearance and the other way fins are rubbing the housing? Terry
  23. Definitely has to be timed right, i put u joints in a steering shaft on a DM, it would almost bind up till i changed the timing on them. Terry
  24. that is a single countershaft transmission case, duplex, tri, or quadraplex. Terry
