  1. Looks like it has double frame. Is this normal for as light series truck?
  2. Although everybody on here have seen the U-model, thanks to our lovely expert. I mean with a sleeper.
  3. I'm too surprized it's so deep customized bike. I wish I could be near to test it. My one is Sport-tourer, looks sporty but comfortable on a long distance. Road police haven't disciplined motorbike riders here still and there aren't many photoradars wich fix rear plate so many places I can travel with a high speed. Russia happily is big. Europe also has many roads of 130+ km/h limits so my bike works out very well. When I crossed the roads of your beautiful country I was so relaxed so would also prefere a cruiser. The real mind I've got that time was it would be nice to travel there with an antique truck.
  4. Everybody knows they do. Because everybody do. Who knows what Mack trucks are.
  5. The area called Grand Alpes, it was in France. Nice Kawa JT, and the car is for shure a subject out of judging.
  6. Nice looking "setup". I see the throttle was well in work for those 10 minutes Some ladies might be too quick getting stuck (and getting into many other different troubles) when shure there's a handsome man who always cares about.
  7. I think the market also makes its influence. Because people run new Macks and new Volvos. Many thanks again for the artical, too interesting to read.
  8. I have the only one. Although it fairly makes me happy for the last seven years
  9. Seemed good as a mixer for shure although an off-set cab truck with a sleeper and a fitth wheel must have incredable look!
  10. Looks very nice after all you've done about it. Have a ball!
  11. What a beautiful truck! Isn't it the one wich picture was posted on here standing in the field about a year ago? It was for sale somewhere around Minessota.
  12. This one was for sale overhere about a year ago. The price was too far from to be nice and you can note the scale of disaster on it. I have seen the same truck for sale locally about 14 years ago. It was solid with a damaged engine although for reasonable money. Although it was too out of my pocket and needs those days. Probably had E6-350 under the hood cab.
  13. It took me some time to understand what "longs" means in Russian. I got my R #2 from the mud today and with a help of 3 men's power. Sorrily not woman's help.
  14. Congratulations on a great final. Looks incredable.
  15. Woke early, made a trip to and over the city with Mercedes SEC. Catched a bunch of food in a store since I was with a car. Came back and recieved the call of the guy who wanted to end up the deal about Mercedes G papers. Called an office and got agreement to be there until 3 PM. Went there with a bike because of a jam on my way to the city. Saw another biker on a traffic light and noted she's a lady. Stopped by and invited for a cup of coffee. Got the number 2 lights down and headed to the office. Made papers and got some $$ (no, there were Rubles and I followeed to exchange and converter them into Euros). Made a call and marked a coffee time to the evening. Went home, made myself up a bit. It started raining so I called again and said about a car coffee trip. We ended up with a bike ride again and I did. Hited a couple of minor rains by the way and catched my two-wheeled company. Still haven't seen all the face with no helmet. Went to a coffee shop. Got a nice evening. She looked good and do promotional paintings and paint brush graffities on cars. Went home about 10 PM. 1 car and 2 motorbike rides during the day. About 150 miles around the city at all. Long Sunday.
  16. Nice pics guys, I'd like to enjoy them in pauses of the practical deal
  17. I mostly agree with Superdog although Vinny's post sounds like a man's answer.
  18. Does it have any gearbox with? How rusty/cracked the frame is? How's the cab? This stuff you shuld look up close, not on the pics.
  19. It might look tight built when short with a sleeper. Do you like just lay down under a truck and sleep?
  20. Good luck on the future riding. Isn't there a reason to observe those centering pins on the other axles?
  21. My WW2 military Mack has 3 fuel filters. The first one contains brass element with thin slots and a knife in the center. You should turn out a cap nut and turn over a knife axle to scratch dirt off from the filter. The second and the third are common filters of a cardboard type.
  22. The date on the pic tells it was not long ago. Somebody might still work this truck for a junk transportation.
  23. Thank you for all around view. The original seat would also be nice to keep on my mind. Depends on the milage planned though.
