  1. My wife had wanted work on the house for about 5 years. I felt it was time to shut her up... Aughta last about a month, then shell find another thing to speak about...
  2. I have cross reference material in my shop, but i would have to sift through dozens of books and hundreds of paper buletins..
  3. t These are the set up caps I use for Metric Eatons. You can use 1'' X 1/4'' flat stock, and drill the hole in them. make sure the flat stock is long enough to span the hole in the rear covers. then use a bolt threaded in to the center of the counter shaft to hold the counter shaft straight. Dont tighten the bolts real tight, as the countershafts will need to turn a bit to get meshed. I dont remember the thread size for your shafts. I'm thinking 7/16''x14 UNC but may be a M10x1.50.. I hope this helps you.
  4. One more tip.. when you put the rear bearing covers on, use a small amount of grease on the shims and stick them to the ends of the shafts to hold in place while putting the covers on.
  5. Im sorry i missed the show yesterday. I was building a small deck and steps for my back door and couldnt take a break. Im sure the LJ was a hit. I too made donations and it helped with posting pictures, and yes, why not send some money to support Barry's efforts.. 👍
  6. Do you have any straps or old rear bearing covers with holes drilled in them to out the caging bolts in the countershafts, for reassembly ?
  7. So the parts store cant cross reference the clutch for you. I wish I had a catalog to help you. Sorry bud .. hopefully GW will tell you what you need
  8. I had the impression that you wanted a different clutch than a CL-75.
  9. Fair enough. No need to swap if it is not going to be a workhorse..
  10. Have you considered a flywheel from an E-7 ? Its 15 1/2", and you can get an Eaton Easy Pedal clutch. You can also get it in H.D. more springs and paddles. 9+7... Ive done a few. Lets see what the guys say..
  11. Pull the figure 8 looking cover off the range shifters on the rear of the trans and look for a loose shaft nut and/or a cracked piston. No special tools needed. The gasket/ oring kits and the filter regulator on the back is still available..
  12. Its hard to not know their names.. its everywhere.
  13. The Devil entered the Vatican with Francis, now hes picking out new drapes... This next 20 years will prove it..
  14. Beauty and Humor... You WON !!!!!
  15. No it wont, the oil is pulled through the wire itself. The posts in the sensors have open tips, and oil was pushed through the sensor by oil pressure, and the flow of the electricity picks up the oil and carries it inside the wire strands.
  16. Happy Birthday Brocky.. 🎉🍻
  17. Rubberduck006. I think..
  18. All gone
  19. I wish i could be there to see who is being deported . Democrats say everyone is, but i cant imagine that . I feel like its criminals at many different levels. I would like to think that they are offered a shot at citizenship, which is what i thought the self deport part was about. Expired Visa's are also a reason for deportation, if they havent trued to renew it.
  20. Well........ For one, you will need to pull all the plastic panels around the steering column, pedals, doghouse covers and passenger side kick panel to get to the rear engine cover. There are 3 sensors on the back of the engine, if you have an EGR valve. These plugs are the same, so mixing them up is easy.. Mark them and really all of them, ive done a dozen on MP -8's and a few MP-7's... So i expect you to finish on day 2. The valve cover comes off too. I assume yours is a 2004 emissions engine,
  21. And i think the oil pressure sensors do it too...
  22. Well so far i have not had any more celebrity bikini pictures pop up. Along with another pop up that stopped popping up... 😉
  23. I keep seeing where Obama deported over a million without using the U.S. court system, and no one complained. Just curious what the difference is ?
  24. Thank you Barry.
