  1. Do you have the fuse panel chart to show where the fuse would go?
  2. Have you pulled the center dash panel above the HVAC controls, to see if the power window plug is tied back out of the way? I think its there, just not installed on the build sheet. I expect you to have switch blanks in that panel so you can put the switch there and not have to change the drivers door set up. Unless you have power driver side, and theres a blank in that small panel..
  3. I feel your pain...good luck.
  4. 1992 would be an E-7.. yep, looks like a 5 speed. Is it a fresh trans?
  5. Are you able to slow it down by backing off on the lever ?
  6. Into the turbo is just going to fill the CAC... Go direct into the intake.. ot will take a lot less. A 1 second squirt.. also, keep in mind, if you have the pre heater at the front of the intake, you may just have a kaboom...
  7. I understand, I am from the real world of getting thing done, or running, and have done things that arent to be done often.. are you familiar with the injector cup issues in the MP's? You can hook the clear line to the front of the head on the regulator and run it back to the tank to see if it has a lot of air in the system.
  8. Im not a fan of ether on a diesel, especially MP's. If you spray in the filter it wont get to the engine untill the CAC has a bunch of it laying inside, then when it does light, it will run away. I have seen that a few times.. if you insist on ether, pull a plug out if the intake or loosen the boot on the intake and sneak it in..
  9. Have you pumped the hand primer tol firm and then crank it?
  10. 25 lbft, evenly then finish at 50 lbft I just read this again and saw that i fat fingered my phone..
  11. Im curious just to learn. My guess is 80W90.
  12. Damn,, you dirty..... Good find..
  13. Yes on the temp. With a torch you need to be even or the gear will warp
  14. My first question was if he had a belt driven steering pump. Even though its a Mack. Its a Mack ive never worked on. The filters inside those old pumps clog and make the steering harder..
  15. P.A.I. has a quality product. As you go forward, post questions. Like about front hub and seal and cam gear removal and install.. you will need am oven to bake them. I wish i had extra cam books. I had a bunch, but gave away most of them..
  16. Seems like we have had to pay high tariffs for years, but Dems, want to call Trump out on fighting back against it..
  17. This engine has lifters with ceramic rollers. They will crack very easily when installing the cam. Steel lifters are available. Without insulting you, i assume you havent done one of these cams based on the question about inframe or out. Myself , i have most of the essential tools to do this job. I strongly suggest you read the Mack procedures. Most of the job is common, but there are a few procedures that have to be followed.
  18. In frame. You will need a jack or a jig to hold the front of the engine up a few inches for support, and to let the cam gear clear the front x-mem.
  19. Ok. Im thinking..... I assume you looked in the fuse panel. Do they come on when air pressure is below 65 PSI?
  20. The diagram is probably on the E-Media website. Do you have power going to the air pressure switch for the brake lights?
  21. Have you looked up at the cam lobes recently?
  22. Did you run the valves by the book, or the same way as Caterpillar or John deer
