  1. You will need to support the back of the engine. The rear engine mounts are on the tranny...👍💪
  2. I understand. The hardest part will be moving that transmission. However, since its a cabover truck, you wont be working in a hole in the floor.. 🍻
  3. With your clutch, the flywheel has around 8 'dogs' that need to be positioned squarely for proper insertion of the pressure plate, in order to avoid the plate dragging during use. You can see the 'dogs' in the dish type flywheel in the pictures that GW posted.
  4. You use a pilot tool and install the clutch to the flywheel . Then put the tranny in place
  5. The model number is stamped into the case near the big fill plug. It will start with a 'T'.
  6. My guess is he can rotate the engine til the clutch number is visible.
  7. Trucksplanet.com has some info. It is saying your clutch is a self adjusting type.. hopefully when you look at clutches you can get an adjustable one..
  8. It's blurry. I cant expand it correctly. That sucks.
  9. Dog dish flywheel is a 14" the one im suggesting would be 15 1/2".. but you would replace the flywheel with an E-7 flywheel.
  10. Its a spicer. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.trucksplanet.com/photo/mack/fm/fm_k501.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjt_azT0rKMAxVuRDABHep7N4gQ6sMDegQIGhAB&usg=AOvVaw3Cqf3qUjvUV10vpnqnfhr8
  11. I tried to look up CLS-751. I assume you want the manufacturer name ?
  12. Im sure it has you frustrated... 🍻
  13. It may be a Spicer. However, you can put an E-7 flywheel on it and get a Spicer Easy Pedal clutch.. if you have the dog dish flywheel, and are getting it machined, make sure the machine shop knows how to machine it. It needs to be cut in 2 places.. I would compare the costs, and look into a flywheel swap.. lets see what GW and JC say.. they are much smarter than me.
  14. Firing order is: Too Young,,, Too Old,,, Just Right,,, 1-5 3-6 2-4... If you adjusted 6,5,4. Its still wrong. But i respect all the effort you are applying to this. I bet the numbers on the flywheel were hard to find.. Jojo
  15. Its hard to diagnose electrical issues after the common issues are ruled out.
  16. Ok. Im not sure at this point, assuming the headlight switch and turn signal switch is ok. Van you unplug the turn signal switch and try again
  17. Ok. That switch can cause issues. Leave it unplugged for now. Do your head light wires still run behind the oil filters? If so, look at 'P' clamps to see if thy are cutting into the wires, as well as rubbing the block, also, check where the go around the steering box for wear.
  18. Did you unplug the dash dimmer switch?
  19. Im glad you found my post funny, fjh.. i meant it to be... 🍻
  20. In my book. EM-7 ends at 275HP. 300HP starts the E-7.
  21. https://photos.app.goo.gl/H2rQQPgctCDAMwgZ6 I only have a 1994 book. I bet this is what you want.
  22. He posted a new re-built engine that runs... If so... 5K isnt bad... IMO.. i bet 4K buys it...
