  1. Oh boy..... The ole pushing cooling deal.... I suggest you go to the dealer portal and download the service buletin....
  2. Its a sweet looking truck... You did good again. I may come see it at Colfax next year, if you go again..
  3. I had to look a little closer at the blurry picture. I bet its a CHN or CXN. And yes,, ASET-CEGR engine.
  4. Ok. I can look later, i have a B-61 book..
  5. The old one is an E-tech. The new one is an ASET-IEGR i dont see the external EGR parts. The new one is a 2004-2006. The truck looks to be a CHN or CXN -613. It was hard to see the oil cooler in the picture, and the centrimax is later then an E-Tech.. i missed that
  6. So much winning... So much winning 😁
  7. 23 years in the making.. its sad..
  8. Maybe your name Redeyedog would give it away. I watched a movie called Red Dog, from your homeland.. 🍻
  9. Oh.. well sir, i didnt take in to consideration that you are outside if the U.S. please forgive me... I have zero experience on your truck, i would just be probing and testing the switches to understand which one does what. Jojo
  10. GW is the man for the job.. pay attention.
  11. Ok. Nice and clean.. the breather is probably fine, you would have had dripping from the hose if you had an issue there. I really like how clean you work.. I know others agree.
  12. I have some older books. However, i have very little knowledge on your engine. What year is the engine, and truck model, i have about 7 older Mack manuals, and i hope i have what you need.. JoJo
  13. Sorry about all the questions, but diagnosing this way, isnt always easy for me..
  14. I know its too late now,,, but are you absolutely sure the elbow mounted to the engine isnt restricting the oil, as if there was too much RTV that squeezed into the port. Another thought, have you cleaned the steel wool filter in the overboard breather.? Is it breathing good?
  15. This is an old . Post.. do you have a 7-2 code ? Have you done any diagnostics yet. This may be an easy one, we will need to know the issue you are having, in some detail.. Jojo
  16. Nice and clean. Are you adding more RTV at this point ? I am still concerned about how much oil was pumped out. I am thinking there is a bit too much play in the turbine shaft.
  17. I have done that before.. when a new elbow wasnt available .
  18. Damn thats a lot of oil.. i guess i would check for play in the turbine
  19. What sensor is leaking? The engine position sensor is in the front cover near the overboard breather filter..
  20. Dont replace the turbo... That is a common leak. Take the metal tube off and look inside the return elbow on the block. There may be crusty o-ring stuck in there, it also looks warped. Clean the o-ring groove in the tube, and dry out the elbow with brake clean on a rag. You will need a new o-ring, and upper football gasket before you get started. I have had to use a good RTV on the o-ring, due to damage inside the elbow..
  21. For me, because I want to know what the world thinks, in this forum, you are my teacher.. Our world is a great land, and you bring yours closer to me.. With great respect, Jojo
  22. Vlad.... I always find youre posts to be great. I get to see a side of Mack through you, that i can't see here in the States.. thank you.. Jojo
  23. Those hay prices cant be real.... $8 in my area, and that is still crazy high..
  24. The fuel regulator and bundle type oil cooler tell me what i need to know. Use it !!
