  1. Thats all I run. They are so much easier to put in and you can buy them for $200 online.
  2. Hey Superdog, I found your H model from Ardens. Its sitting in St Cloud
  3. All hail King Obama some more and his court of democrats.
  4. Id do voltage drop tests on the cables too but a battery with 12 volts is usually junk
  5. Thats what I would think. Turbo spinning freely? Mufflers plugged? If it has an old exhaust brake is it stuck?
  6. My CL's have a gray colored foam insulation in the roof. I also dynamatted the roof but the foam helps alot. It also doesn't trap moisture, its open cell type stuff
  7. That's what happens when you bolt on all the emissions shit. You only have room for one fuel tank
  8. Seeing your pictures reminds me......I drove by NorthWest Diesel the other day in St Cloud and everything is gone! I mean everything. Not a bolt laying in the dirt.
  9. The frames were changed to mount the coolers lower so they could be bigger
  10. Buy these so two years down the road you'll be left with your pants around your ankles and IH and CAT are running the opposite direction.
  11. Dont use air. Air will put moisture in and ruin things. If you want to pressurize it use nitrogen or just pump 134 into it. Moisture will ruin your drier or accumulator even if you vacuum it back down. Moisture turns to acid when mixed with heat and Freon and will kill your system. No matter how dry the air you use it will still have moisture.
  12. Every truck is great but they all can give you issues. I talked to a guy the other day who runs all macks, about 30 of them. He said some go out and never see the shop again except to get serviced, but theres always the one or two with constant issues. I think alot of it depends on the driver and the maintenance. Everyone (except international) has a good product out there. Its just choosing the right one for you.
  13. I'm pretty sure that CL is at Fort Ripley. I see it at Nuss in st cloud getting serviced.
  14. I use Mack grey silicone for everything. That stuff is amazing. Even on the three piece exhaust manifolds, it seals them right up. I never saw any other colors
  15. Wouldn't it be great if a company decided to build quality trucks and build what the people want instead of trying to appease shareholders. I bet even when Volvo was founded they wanted to build a quality product and make a little money doing it. Now its all about the stock
  16. Rule of thumb is oil should run 20 degrees warmer than the coolant temperature. My trucks always run that 210 and 40-60 psi.
